Staff cancelled the rest of my reservation for free after the first night. The front desk staff were nice.

Cons:

Stains on bedsheets, someone else's hair on the floor and in the bathroom, dirty bathroom that's falling apart, uncomfortable beds and pillows, AC that barely works.

This hotel is very bad. So bad I couldn’t even spend a night there. The rooms are really bad and in need of renovations.
The wifi was not working.

Acceptable for this price
Pros:

Good location to restaurants and beach. Friendly staff, always smiling and trying to help (at least visibility of this willingness). Not bad furniture in the room. Cost:)

Cons:

Bathroom very tired and poor, not maintained well. Jammed drain, old plumbing facilities. Leaking toilet pipes.
Lack of lighting in the room.
Wi-fi coverage not good in the room 1208 due to it’s a corner room (while there is the access point in the room, seems it doesn’t work)

Personal muy amable, especialmente el director Bugra y Cenker.
Cama de matrimonio muy confortable.
Terraza en mi habitación a la piscina. Dormitorio tranquilo.

Buena relación calidad - precio

Hablé con el director sobre algún aspecto que podría mejorar, pero en general, todo muy bien.

La piscina es grande comparada con otros hoteles cercanos, limpia y las áreas comunes limpias y bien cuidadas.

Ich verstehe nicht, warum Expedia überhaupt dieses Hotel anbietet. Kühlschrank und Badezimmer war schmutzig. Wir hatten teilweise kein Wasser in Badezimmer. Auf Frühstück haben wir verzichtet(aus hygienische Gründen).Speiseraum und sogenannte Lobby war nicht klimatisiert. Es gibt zwar eine kleine Pool, allerdings ohne Schirm. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von Expedia. Dieses Hotel darf nicht in europäische Raum angeboten werden.
