Le tarif de l’hotel ne correspond pas à la qualité
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était bon et de bonne qualité

Cons:

L’agent à l’accueil n’était pas du tout sympa ni professionnel, heureusement son responsable Nourddine nous a résolu le problème de la chambre vu que nous avons reclamé des cafards dans les toilettes de la chambre.

Pros:

J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, le personnel était accueillant et professionnel, et l’emplacement de l’établissement était très appréciable. L’ambiance générale était calme et propice à la détente.

Cons:

Concernant les points à améliorer, le restaurant ne propose pas un menu suffisamment varié pour le déjeuner. Cette situation nous a souvent obligés à commander nos repas à l’extérieur afin de bénéficier d’un plus large choix. Une plus grande diversité des plats serait un véritable atout pour améliorer l’expérience des clients.

Par ailleurs, les taxis et transporteurs stationnés devant l’entrée de l’hôtel pratiquent souvent des tarifs excessifs par rapport aux prix habituels. Une meilleure information des clients ou un partenariat avec des prestataires de transport fiables serait apprécié.
