1- موظفة الاستقبال عند الدخول غير مؤهله لاستقبال الضيوف بشكل احترافي، تناول الضيوف البطاقة باليد اليسار وغير مهتمة.
2- البوفية جودة القهوة التي طلباها غير جيدة.

حجزت من ثاني العيد كم يوم وحجزت بوفيه مفتوح بعد ما وصلت ودفعت قالو مافيه بوفيه يطلع الأكل للغرف وكان اكل مكرر وما يستاهل وكنت حاجز غرفتين لخمس اشخاص شامله الأفطار حسبو لشخصين فقط

-وجود مواقف بالبدروم وبواجهات المبنى.
-الطاقم كان محترفا وودودا.
- عدد الحمامات في الشقة المكونه من غرفتي نوم . (2 حمام مكتملة بمروش ومرحاض )
-غرف النوم مفروشة موكيت.

Cons:

- المصعد لا ينزل لبدروم المواقف.
- جودة القنوات في التلفزيون أقل من جودة الشاشة.
- مرتبت السرير المزدوج غير مريحة.
