Stranded in Cabo
Pros:

Had to spend a night at Hotel Aeropuerto Los Cabos due to a full flight on Volaris. It’s not a planned stay but I have to say the staff was amazing. Their attentions were excellent! The rooms and hotel restaurant was very clean and well kept. The food portions was very filling and delicious. Thank you staff for helping my unexpected not planned extra day in Cabo a pleasant one.

tuve una gran experiencia en este hotel, llegué con mi familia ahí por un problema de salud que tuvo mi hermana, las recepcionistas muy amables y el personal en general fueron muy amables y están muy capacitados, en especial la señorita Marta, me llevé muy bien con todos, Roberto muy amable al igual que todos, espero poder verlos pronto a todos ☺️

Great service
Pros:

Javier and staff went above and beyond to get the TVs working so my friends and I could have a good experience. Service was prompt and friendly. I’ll gladly spend more time in this hotel and bar.

Well run hotel.
Pros:

Great location by airport but still quiet.

Cons:

Price per night has got to high. Other nearby hotels with similar value much cheaper. On our last two visits, there has been no parking available on site. We had to park on the dusty gravel off site on the street.

Pros:

Bedroom and bath was good. Shuttle drivers were helpful and courteous. Nice pool area.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. Hot dishes were cold. Cold dishes were tepid. Hardly any fruit.

For what it is, it’s very good.
Pros:

Let's start by providing some context.

This is not the hotel you plan for your spring break vacation This is the hotel that you stay at when you have an early flight out of Cabo San Lucas or, as was our situtation - when your flight is cancelled, the airport is shut down and you need a place to figure out your next move...where they also have a bar.

Admitedly, the hotel doesn't look particularly inviting when you drive by. Once you get inside, you are met with a clean, modernish interior and smiling, friendly staff. The bartender was very accomodating and patient as we planned our flight out the following day.

The room was clean and functional and larger than I would otherwise have expected. The air conditioner worked great. The only disappointment was the beds were a little bit too firm, but much better than sleeping in the airport.

Our stay included breakfast and it was a healthy portion and quite tasty.

The complimentary shuttle was also great.

My compliments to the friendly, courteous staff for making our unplanned stay the best it could be.
