China town is really bad.
Pros:

Being first time in NYC I didn't know how bad and stinky china town is. This hotel was the only bright thing in this neighborhood. It was neat Subway station and that's it.

Cons:

Everything, garbage everywhere, smells, the whole area is stuck in 1960s, not a single building looks new and clean. And for 200$ per night you expect at least room to be new, but it was the same as surroundings.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 10 giorni, tutto è andato molto bene. Personale gentile, caffè e bottiglietta d'acqua tutti i giorni gratuita. Letti comodi e buona pulizia, cambio asciugamani frequente. Dietro richiesta ci hanno fornito grucce minifrigo e phon, cosa non comune. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per Manhattan. Fermata del bus M15 fuori dall'hotel, metro East Broadway a pochi minuti e altre poco lontano. Il quartiere di fronte all'hotel molto giovane e vivace senza eccessi. Posizione ottima e a mio parere assolutamente sicura.

Cons:

Camera piccola ma con qualche gruccia in più è andata benisimo e poi ce lo aspettavamo avendo letto le recensioni.
