This hotel is in very poor condition and needs cleaning and refurbishing. The shower cubicle in the room was tiny and there was no indication of the hot and cold function on the shower resulting in a burn. The wash basin and door spy hole were at very odd heights so much so that I couldn’t see through the door spy hole even when standing on tiptoes! It calls itself a dog friendly hotel and charges £20 per dog supplies nothing, no water bowl or dog bed and the dog walking area at the back of the hotel is not lit so is unusable after dark. I found the staff unfriendly and disinterested. I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend.

Room clean staff whatevers only reason im giving a 3 is because I left some of my clothes in my room and I got in contact with the manager about getting my stuff shipped to me took 2days for them to answer and now im waiting on a email

As good as you can expect I suppose

Most absurd hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s older than dirt and rooms are closets. It says they offer parking, but you better be the first 4 guests or you’re parking on the street and hoping you don’t get towed. Ruined me for any OYO.

The hotel staff were nice, the breakfast was good price and good in general. But the room was dusty, and the cleanliness of the bathroom wasnt the best.

The rooms were clean and tidy, the bed was far too soft and bouncy. We could not move in bed without the other bouncing everywhere, the pillows were awful too, we did not realise there were more. Having two may have helped. There was only decaf coffee in the room and no milk substitute offered. When my partner asked for oat milk in the restaurant he was questioned about taking some to the room, he then heard the chef shouting at the waitress for allowing us to take oat milk out of the restaurant. The waitress was very helpful and friendly, the chef stood glaring from the kitchen

Every thing we wanted in a reasonable priced hotel was there. The staff were more than helpful and friendly

Convenient for visiting local theme parks and it was good to have a range of fast food options nearby. The room was quiet and sufficient. However there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, there were hairs on the floor and the last persons toothpaste drips down the sink. The carpet was ripped and the pillows were uncomfortable. The paintwork was quite battered.

The staff were lovely; however, I didn't feel it was good value for money. At breakfast, the server was slumped in a chair, watching TV, which was not very professional.

We stayed at the hotel for a week as it suited our work commitments nearby. We stayed at the same hotel 2 years previously and the lift was out of order then and that is still the case. If you are not staying on the ground floor, you will have to carry any luggage up the stairway, which has a carpet that shows more stains than carpet design. It even looks as if someone has urinated in the corner of it. The hotel is very dated and could do with a complete overhaul. However, the staff are very friendly and dealt promptly with any request. The bar tariff on display is rather dated as the prices charged were higher than advertised. We will not be returning until there has been some improvements.

It was a good stay but in the winter it may cold to stay in the room as I felt cold.

The hotel itself was good, the bed was comfortable and all that but as I checked in from work just after midnight and couldn’t get a Beer at the bar it only gets 1 star from me.

Good value for money, comfortable, well located, polite and professional staff.
