A convenient hotel, good value for money.
I really appreciate the friendly, helpful, and wonderful staff. Several of my communications prior to arrival were promptly answered and very accommodating. A very positive first impression of Bali.
The hotel is very well kept. Clean. It does show its age at times, but worked very well for my low budget. Food selection within walking distance was pretty good.
I would return, provided hotel ownership has not changed.
Hotel, on appearance, is pleasant and clean. Nicely laid out with all that is required for a small stay. Staff were very friendly. We found this a common theme as we travelled around Bali.
However, I was kept waiting almost an hour past check in time before room was available.
Room was ok, but towels were rough & past there best. Bath robes also past there best. One was white & one was decidedly off white. No mini bar as stated in the list of amenities. Coffee & tea making facilities, but no filtered water available.
The bed, which had quite a lumpy mattress topper, was also in need of updating.
As our stay was for 2 nights, the room was adequate, but we believe fell below the standard of a suite in a 4 star hotel

My stay was one to remember, the staff were always friendly and accommodating, the food and entertainment were great.
Nice property close to big shopping centre and beach but longer walk to street shops, bars, etc. Not much space in room or on balcony to store surf boards or hang gear to dry.
Pillows were 1/2 size of a normal pillow and very lumpy
They charged cars/taxis to drop off guests of the hotel
Had better breakfast at a 2star hotel than this one
Weren’t allowed to hang any washing/swimmers out $25 fine
Sometimes rooms were cleaned properly and other times stuff was missed.

All the staff were very polite and friendly
This was a lovely property and the dining options where good. The staff where wonderful. Only one complaint out plug in the bath didn't work and never got fixed. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay. Thank you Instsa Rama.
Excellent location near the airport, next to Beachwalk mall and with the beach in front. Nothing beats the sunsets. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety with local and international options. Indonesian coffee is bliss - the aroma and flavour. We enjoyed the room (spacious) and the pool especially after swimming / surfing at the beach.
Poor communication in English, on arrival the room wasn't what we booked, had to change rooms next day, breakfast ridiculous due to language barrier, Hotel staff friendly and hotel isn't bad at all.
Property was beautiful
Only thing that I could fault is there was no hot water for the shower it was only lukewarm but it was more on the cold side
One of the best places to stay that is centralto Kuta and Legian
