A heavenly oasis in Kuta with beautiful staff
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. All so friendly, helpful and attentive. Everyone greeted you everywhere you went. Housekeeping did an amazing job. Beautiful pool area, lovely cocktails, gorgeous gardens and grounds. Loved the squirrel banyan tree and the bird feeding stations. Loved that they had such an emphasis on recycling and used glass wherever possible, not plastic. Just a stunning hotel, immaculately clean with the most comfortable beds and pillows we've ever slept on! We want to buy the mattress! Ha ha. We will definitely be back to this amazing, beachfront oasis in the heart of Kuta.

Great location for surfing families
Pros:

Location is great, shops all around, beach break surf straight across the road, lots of chairs, beanbags and sun lounges on the beach for sunsets...and drinks.
Included breakfast was nice.
The staff are all really friendly, polite and super helpful.
We stayed in the big 3 bedroom family room, its really good with the split levels and two bathrooms, there are a lot of stairs though, no issue for us.
The pool is great, swim up bar, outdoor shower (great for post surf).
The gym is OK.
Lots of undercover parking for scooters.

Cons:

There's not many restaurants within walking distance, no big deal if you have scooters or don't mind getting Gojek/Grab or taxis.
Just keep in mind that Kuta Beach Road (Jalan Pantai Kuta) is one way and there is a tonne of traffic produced by Beach Walk Shopping Centre next door.

Very nice hotel close to the beach ☺️
Pros:

Very close to the beach, very good breakfast, and the swimming pool was great! The rooms are not new but they are very clean and spacious. They are also working to improve the rooms and bungalows. You can stay there and go anywhere in kuta by walking.

Cons:

Rooms are dated. No windownin room, was one in bathroom.
Was some construction, renovation happening, this is understandable but never ideal if you book at hotel and we're not aware of it.
