Pros:

We stayed at this hotel in Edinburgh from February 7th to 10th, and it was absolutely fantastic. The location is perfect—right in the city center, close to everything. Our room had a beautiful view of Cockburn Street and was spacious, modern, and cozy. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped and fully functional. The heating worked perfectly, making the room warm and inviting.
The staff at the reception were very helpful and available even late in the evening. Check-in was super quick, and we were able to access our room at 9:30 in the morning, which was amazing. The room had plenty of European plugs, and the decor was beautiful, with a very Edinburgh-themed style.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Edinburgh.

Cons:

The only minor drawbacks were that the Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work very well, and there wasn’t a smart TV, which could be useful for international guests.

Excellent. Value for money. Definitely stay again.

Clean, warm and cosy. Great location. Close to Airlink stop and Waverley train station plus within walking distance to shops and attractions.

Property location excellent and room although no street view was so quiet. Staff pleasant and helpful.

We have stayed in this hotel several times, we like how central it is.
Pros:

Central for all amenities , welcoming and helpful staff, spotlessly clean. We had room 423 and it was excellent will try and book it every time.
