This was a wonderful experience and we’ll be back.
Pros:

Excellent staff with positive attitude. The hotel is family friendly and they care about their guests. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious.

It was a lovely comfortable stay!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff was very attentive to keeping items supplied. Afternoon snacks were a nice touch as well as mix your own trail mix a couple of mornings.

Cons:

It was a little farther from downtown Bar Harbor than expected. However, there is a free shuttle running to downtown every 15 minutes until 9:00pm.

We had a wonderful week and will stay again.
Pros:

Great location just about 20 minute walk to village green or 10 minutes by free (in season) island shuttle that stops just outside the lobby door. Clean comfortable rooms, nice little extras such as such as s’mores and trail mix days, etc. . But the staff is the very best thing about this property. Every single staff member we interacted with was wonderful.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little outdated but still well maintained and clean.

Pros:

This place is perfect if you have kids! They have activities set up everyday with kids in mind. So many touches that take it to the next level. Also the open field playground in the back was perfect for a toddler.

Great Family Place to Stay for Acadia NP
Pros:

Comfortable beds, great stall showers and big bathroom counters. Everything was very clean and staff delightful. Bus pulled up right in front and took us to town for dinner. Breakfast was generous with selections for all members of the family. Great facilities especially for families.

Cons:

Small market, since we came in late there was little to grab and eat. Maybe popcorn, small humus, protein bars or drinks, just something in the later evening after long hikes or if you were too tired to go out.
