Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Downtown

Another great stay and visit at the Hilton garden downtown Milwaukee. The valet service from Vince was wonderful! He was awesome with my car service and assisting me with my bags during check in. All the staff here was great!

Greg and RJ at the holiday inn express downtown Milwaukee both did a GREAT job moving vehicles around. I watched them hustle for mine and many others. Very prompt and professional. I was there for the whole week and they didn't miss a beat, even in the nasty weather.

My stay at the Garden Inn in Milwaukee was absolutely fantastic from the moment I arrived. Anthony greeted us right away and helped with parking and our bags, but it was more than just the help — it was the warm, genuine welcome that really set the tone for the whole stay. What a great way to start a trip!

Then we checked in with Lindsay, and honestly, she is next level. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel personal and easy. You can tell she truly cares about the guests having a great stay.

The hotel room itself was comfortable, clean, and amazing. If you’re staying here, I highly recommend upgrading to the king suite — totally worth it for the extra space and comfort.

Without a doubt, this hotel and its employees were the highlight of my trip. They set a standard that all other hotels will have to live up to from now on.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. I also loved the historic vibe.

It was a lovely visit and Jackson at the front doors was very helpful in providing information. He deserves recognition! Kerry at the front desk is very kind and professional and also deserves recognition. They really made the visit much more comfortable for the guests.

Reasonable hotel to stay at before an early AM flight.
Avoid eating at the hotel restaurant! Worst meal we’ve ever had.

Gracie at the front desk was very welcoming. Hiltons need more Gracie’s. She took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. These days when I check in I’m lucky to even get eye contact from the front desk person. Gracie was engaging and did all of it with a smile. The hotel is beautiful and the room is large and clean. The restaurant staff was engaging too and the food was really good. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful hotel and close to so many great things to do. Loved it! Breakfast buffet was great - a nice variety and tasty for a continental breakfast.

Rooms were nice

We just had our daughters wedding In Milwaukee and the Hilton was one of the preferred hotels. Everyone was raving about it from front desk to bar to rooms to service. We came in this weekend for a comedy improv show, dinner at the swinging door and cocktails and a night at the Hilton. It was everything more than what we were told. 5 star service goes out to Abby and the front desk. The team was extremely pleasant helpful and considerate and Let’s not forget Dasani heading up the bar and crew. Superb!!!!
