This review is for Mr T, my valet who assisted with my arrival and departure. He was polite, professional, and very helpful. The rest of my experience at the hotel was ‘middling’ at best, but Mr T was a pleasure to work with

Our company had a large workshop here and they were amazing from start to finish. They handled all of our F&B and countless AV needs with grace. I would like to give a special shout out to Libby Reed for the constant communication and patience with our team throughout the entire process.

The staff is amazing. Cool building.

Excellent stay! I had an issue with my vehicle’s bumper from hitting a raccoon several days prior that Ryan at the Valet stand noticed and helped me secure until I could get to a dealership. Super thanks for the assist Ryan!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Milwaukee, and overall it was a great experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city—close to restaurants, attractions, and right in the heart of downtown.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service. Valet Mr. T stood out right away with his friendly attitude and efficiency. He made coming and going incredibly easy and always greeted us with a smile, which really set the tone for our visit.
The front desk staff were equally wonderful. Every interaction was pleasant and professional—they were helpful with recommendations, quick with check-in and check-out, and always made us feel welcome.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spacious and quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day out in the city.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milwaukee and would happily stay here again in the future.

Another great stay and visit at the Hilton garden downtown Milwaukee. The valet service from Vince was wonderful! He was awesome with my car service and assisting me with my bags during check in. All the staff here was great!

Greg and RJ at the holiday inn express downtown Milwaukee both did a GREAT job moving vehicles around. I watched them hustle for mine and many others. Very prompt and professional. I was there for the whole week and they didn't miss a beat, even in the nasty weather.

My stay at the Garden Inn in Milwaukee was absolutely fantastic from the moment I arrived. Anthony greeted us right away and helped with parking and our bags, but it was more than just the help — it was the warm, genuine welcome that really set the tone for the whole stay. What a great way to start a trip!

Then we checked in with Lindsay, and honestly, she is next level. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel personal and easy. You can tell she truly cares about the guests having a great stay.

The hotel room itself was comfortable, clean, and amazing. If you’re staying here, I highly recommend upgrading to the king suite — totally worth it for the extra space and comfort.

Without a doubt, this hotel and its employees were the highlight of my trip. They set a standard that all other hotels will have to live up to from now on.
