Cons:

Buffet breakfast was not very good for $16.95. I get the same breakfast at a Holiday Inn for free. I think you could make a better breakfast. Coffee was cold.

Good hotel in great downtown location
Pros:

Nice hotel in an old bank building. Walking distance to a number of good restaurants.

Special thanks to the valets and Judge Rodgers. All of them hustling in a downpour the day I arrived and attentive throughout.

Beautiful historic building
Pros:

Amazing historic building downtown. Beautiful atmosphere and the lobby bar/restaurant is great! The furniture in the room is dated and needs updating. The staff were pleasant and welcoming and I highly recommend.

Extraordinary and memorable experience
Pros:

This location is so regal, stunning, and clean! The service was extraordinary ! We felt like we were greeted by our midwestern family. So genuinely kind, professional, swift, and ready to help and make things go a little easier. Our room had a street view and allowed for temperature control. I wish we could have stayed longer! Most hotels aspire to create this kind of experience, and often times it feels forced or scripted. Not here! Thank you everyone!

Beautiful hotel that showcases the city's history
Pros:

The hotel stay was overall good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had to ask for a bar soap for the bathroom sink. Not an inconvenience, just saying. We had dinner here and the meals were good too. The hotel staff was always friendly and engaging.
Beautiful details in this hotel yet feel that the upkeep could use some improvement. For example the entrance and "curb appeal" as noted in the pictures could be replaced. The Hilton flag and the carpet used in the entrance are in dire need of being replaced. There's trash in the garden basement area on either side of the main entrance stairs as well. This doesn't take away from the experience with the stay itself but would leave a much better impression of this beautiful building in the heart of Milwaukee.

Perfect place to stay when visiting family in Milwaukee. Exceptional service and comfortable accommodations

Our family recommended this hotel. We are so happy we stayed here. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your trip is a memorable one!
A special thank you to Allie at the front desk and Nicki in the restaurant for being so kind and friendly. They really are true gems.
We loved the location and enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants/shopping and to the Michigan Lake.
The hotel in general is a beautiful historic building.

Great hotel with phenomenal service
Pros:

I would like to recognize the front desk worker by the name of Mike who gave me a free energy drink this morning because of my Diamond status when I asked to put our on my room. I know that probably seems like a minor thing but those are the type of things that continue to build loyalty and make me want to give my business to Hilton. This is another example of why I've been loyal to Hilton for over a decade. Keep up the great work Mike!
