Important information:

Please let the property know your estimated time of arrival. The reception is not on site all day; we can be reached by phone and we have a self check-in tool.

Our hotel door closes at 10:00 p.m. After that, access is only possible with a PIN code. In case of late arrival after 20:00 please contact the hotel at least 1 day before your arrival. You will then receive the PIN code.

great stay in Zermatt
Pros:

Such a great bargain hotel in Zermatt. Loved the shared kitchen for breakfast and dinners. Perfect location for hiking. It is a walk from the train station, but all the hotels are a walk. I also loved that it had a full gym. That was a little surprise. Our room was so comfortable. We had a balcony and lots of extra space. The bed was so comfortable.

Cons:

Needed a few more electrical plugs.

Pros:

Nice room. Had laundry facilities and you could hang your clothes to dry on balcony. It was quiet and had nice outside areas. Breakfast was good.
