Please let the property know your estimated time of arrival. The reception is not on site all day; we can be reached by phone and we have a self check-in tool.

Our hotel door closes at 10:00 p.m. After that, access is only possible with a PIN code. In case of late arrival after 20:00 please contact the hotel at least 1 day before your arrival. You will then receive the PIN code.

Great family hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

The location was great. only five minutes walk to the lift and ten minutes to the town centre and there are lots of bars restaurants and shops on the way. The staff were excellent.

Good hotel for skiers in Zermatt
Pros:

Nice lobby and lounge area, good breakfast room and sauna. Room was good albeit small. Location is OK decently close to lifts but quite a walk from the main shopping street. Good ski room.

Fantastic hotel - Great breakfast - Quiet location - Amazing value for skiers
Pros:

The Adonis was a terrific value in a good/quiet location in Zermatt. The beds were very comfortable and there was enough storage for two people on a ski trip. The ski room and boot room were very good also. Located about 5-10 minutes to the Matterhorn Gondola and 5 minutes from the central part of town. We liked how quiet the room was. Hotel staff were friendly and we would stay here again.

Cons:

It was a little bit of a long walk from the train station. If you have many bags, or heavy bags, I recommend using a taxi to the hotel. We walked it and it was about 15-20 mins with heavy ski bags.
