Wonderful room, wonderful staff, and wonderful breakfast!
Pros:

The room was fantastic, and the breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

The distance from the main downtown area was a bit rough to walk. We did enjoy being away from the crowds though.

Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Berge, die Betten waren sehr bequem, das ganze Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Das Frühstück war ausreichend, wir konnten uns für die Weiterfahrt gut stärken
Da das Hotel etwas abseits vom Bahnhof liegt und man nicht so gut zu Fuss sein sollte, bietet das Hotel einen kostenpflichtigen Shuttle an. Wir sind gelaufen und konnten dabei noch einiges von Zermatt sehen

心地よさ人柄の良さ
Pros:

受付から掃除のスタッフさんまでスタッフさん達の人柄がとても良くて心地よかった。
日中にホテルに帰ってきたときにロビーや広々とした庭が心地よくとても落ち着いた。

どの部屋にもベランダがあり景色も悪くないので、日中部屋に帰ることの多かった私たちには心地よかった。

Cons:

スイス旅行では若い人達や私たちのように貧乏旅行者はスーパーで買い物をして夕食にすることがあるのでキッチンはありがたいが、お盆があれば部屋でゆっくり食べることができるのにと思った。

Quintessential Swiss Hotel 15 minutes from train
Pros:

Quaint property and lovely staff. The room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony. We also enjoyed the gardens to relax, and there was a fountain right outside to fill up our waters. They also made a great dinner recommendation for us.

Cons:

It was just a bit far from the train station to carry our luggage once we had our luggage in the room moving around town was much more manageable.

Pros:

Balcony looked very nice with flowers. Soap and shower gel we of good quality.

Cons:

No kettle in the room. Ventilation in the bathroom did not work at all. Small breakfast area, not well equipped (no coffee/tea machine in the room - someone asks you what you want to drink and he brings it, which is quite unusuall for Swiss hotels), breakfast choice was very limited and looked cheap.
Hair dryer was really weak - takes forever to dry hair.

Симпатичный отель в тихом месте, но в пешей доступности от вокзала. По пути - все магазины. Приветливый персонал на ресепшене. Номер небольшой, но все предусмотрено. В общем доступе чайники, микроволновка, посуда. Понравилось.
