Had a wonderful stay at Aristocrat Hotel Istanbul. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Gutes Hotel mit guter zentraler Position und einem sehr netten Hotel-Team!
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück! Es gab reichlich verschiedene Speisen. Was uns sehr gefallen hat, ist, dass es auch türkische Spezialitäten hatte. Das Personal war sehr nett beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns immer bei allen Fragen geholfen. Ausserdem gab es reichlich Privatsphäre und das Zimmer hatte eine gute Grösse. Wir würden uns wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden!

Fantastic Stay from Start to Finish
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning, well before the official check in time, and were genuinely impressed by how accommodating the staff were. Not only were we allowed to check in straight away, but we were also given a complimentary upgrade to a better room that was already ready. It was a lovely surprise after a long journey.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the person we believe was the manager. He regularly checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed, always going the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The hotel also offers an airport transfer service, which we highly recommend. The van was very comfortable, and made the long journey to and from the airport much more pleasant.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Our room had stunning views, was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable, so we slept really well.

On our last day, we had to leave very early in the morning, and the staff kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which was a really thoughtful touch.

The location is unbeatable, right between Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, with quick and easy access to the tram.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent.

Perfect location and amazing culture
Pros:

The view from the balcony was amazing but make sure to ask for a sea view to get this room . It has two single and one queen bed and very spacious. Location was amazing.

Recommended, the views are good from the rooftop, breakfast need improvement
Pros:

Location: it is really convenient because we could go to Istambul main tourist attractions in a short walk and really convenient to access the public transport while in the city too.

Employees attitude: They gave us a room upgrade and were really polite and helpful.

The view in the rooftop where the breakfast is served looked nice, though a bit different from the pictures.

Cons:

A point for improvement is the breakfast. It really seemed too “weak” like missing something, maybe they could try adding more local and authentic foods.

Great hotel with a very good location and nice staff
Pros:

What to say ? Not our first stay in Istanbul as we love it. Our terrasse suite was big enough with a great an exceptionnal view..We were very pleased. The breakfast on a huge terrasse with differents views was very good and varied for all tastes. The staff was very helpful and nice 10 out of 10! Will be back for sure.

Cons:

Well the TV was small enough and not in front the bed...but we did not watch it.
