Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

The accommodation was not as described. The photos on Booking were misleading, as the room was much darker and less inviting than advertised.

We had specifically requested a twin room several times before our arrival, but we were given a single room instead. This clearly did not match our booking request.

We did not end up staying at the property. Shortly after our arrival, my travel companion suffered a severe allergic reaction caused by the plants in the accommodation, and we had to go to the hospital.

At that point, we were assured that we would receive a refund. However, despite multiple follow-ups with both the accommodation and Booking.com, and despite my repeated attempts to resolve the situation in good faith, I am still waiting for the promised refund. No solution has been provided.

It is very disappointing that a promise made to us has not been honored. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this accommodation and unfortunately have to leave a negative review.

The best thing is I can request late check out which is 6 hours after the standard check out

Персонал вежливый, решают вопросы оперативно, даже спорный вопрос по завтраку для ребенка решили в нашу пользу- за это спасибо! Но чистота и шум портят впечатление и отдых(
Супермаркет с готовой едой рядом! Пляж 15 минут пешком, удобно дойти пешком.

Завтрак плохой, народа много, мест мало, еду разбирают быстро(((

Шумно, грязные лежаки, полотенца пахнут хлоркой.
На 3 гостей давали 2 полотенца, хотя мы просили 3.

Pros:

Très bel établissement, accès aux chambres avec ascenseur. Le personnel est très sympathique. Grande chambre avec vue piscine, excellente literie. Très grande piscine pour nager. Vous avez tout sur place, massages fabuleux, location scooter ou vélos. Petit-déjeuner copieux sous forme de buffet. Quartier commerçant avec restaurants et superette juste en face.
