Court Meridian Hotel & Suites

The staff were superb and always genuinely smiling & polite. We had one maint issue when we arrived which they arrived within a minute to fix, and they did with a smile.
The food in the restaurant was pretty good too, except the French Toast was too mushy, but other than that it was great.
It's too bad that the Philippines dont know what real orange juice is though. The pool is really nice, the premises is very clean. And, we are right across from the beach

I wish the deluxe room is way bigger just like us travel from abroad we had lots of luggage . We can’t moved around .

To be honest, Court Meridian was not our first choice of hotel as we always go to the same one every time we go back to the Philippines but I think it was truly a blessing in disguise that our first choice hotel was fully booked for our trip this May so I had to find another one that has the same amenities we usually look for and did Court Meridian deliver! I'm truly glad we took a chance and booked here. I can't say enough good things about this place but to name a few, if you are looking for a place with a great and spacious room (and bathroom), with an amazing connected bistro as well as fantastic staff, look no further as Court Meridian will definitely deliver! My family definitely has a new first choice hotel for our next trip :)

Hotel is what you expect for the price
What really stood out for me was the Staff as we went during holy week after a very long flight and the staff were able to quiet down the noise outside for us which was stopping us from sleeping
Generally, the staff were also very attentive

I have stayed a lot of times around subic in the past years, but I can say that none can rival the service/cleanliness here at Court Meridian.

Service-wise

Blackout on the 1st day and hence no electricity in the room. Poor tv coverage and outside noise from 12am til 4am which disrupted our sleep.

Awesome location and very friendly staff

Staffs are nice and respectful, Rooms are always clean, convenient nice restaurant attached to the hotel.
The only thing is the main lobby is too small and no privacy at the swimming pool

Staff at the cafeteria were unprofessional, I called the waiter to point out that the water has a small floating dead bug and I asked him to replace it. I waited nearly 30 minutes until he started bussing our table and then looked at me very sharply without saying a word. I think he needs some kind of training, respect the customer, do not secure the plate when customer are still on their table, ask politely. We were just there for an hour including the extra 30 minutes waiting for water that never arrive. The pool was secured for maintenance when we are getting ready to enjoy the water. Other than, hotel is great.
