The toilet door button doesn't work, we book 2 bed one room but we got it 1 bed 1 bedroom, have many cockroach, shower have problem, we want

So far so good.. tapi kawasan tak sesuai sbb tempat sunyi & gelap.. jauh dri perkhidmatan awam.. mall pn jauh.. kedai mkn melayu ssh nk cari.. utk tdo semlm ok la hrga pn murah.. klau nk stay lma kna pilih Hotel lain.. hurmmmm.. ok la dengan harga yg dibayar.

Poor hotel bad service
Pros:

The front desk was very rude and the movement was very slow . After Waiting for a long time , he told us that his hotel was full and took us to the next door , but it was very unsafe ,I had to go outside the stairs to the highest floor and there was no caretaker. Soundproofing is also very poor

This hotel is terrible, while we check in, they didn't have a copy or acknowledge about our reservation. Then they guide us family of 4 with young children to another building , the corridor is dark, and show us a small residential unit with few rooms separate, there's no reception counter and worker , even night time nobody incharge there and even worst is anyone can come in the premises easily. This is the worst hotel I ever stay. No next time.

All just ok except the lady receptionist must learn how to treat customers politely...i mean with polite words and smiles..another thing...bit disspointed..while watching interesting movie at hbo at late night...suddenly the man receptionist changed the channel for his own comfort zone..tamil movie...tensionn...cleaniness..goodd...

Pros:

Already paid thru online banking but the staff told me my name NOT on list upon check in. I have to book other room and pay again. After checkout payment for online booking has been deduct from my account. Still waiting for my refund. Very dissapointed when a staff just say 'I dont know' about my situation. Overall the room condition just ok. Its a budget hotel, you got what you pay. Can't sleep very well because a noise from aircond compressor.
