The ultimate place to stay, if you want to be in San Cris for just some days.
Pros:

My flight was delayed and very emotionally heavy for me; when I arrived at Casa del Alma, I felt immeditely cared for and pampered, was received with a welcome drink and my baggage was taken care of; breakfast was included, abundant and traditionally delicious; the staff was 24/7 kind, warm and always ready with tips and a helping hand. The attention to detail to my necessities and comfort was extraordinary. I highly recommend the hotel.

Cons:

1. Transport in the town is very limited and of more or less bad quality (that depends more on the city than the hotel, but just so you know). 2. The gym was extremelyyyyyy small and the equipment was not very good for a full body session (just for cardio is ok). 3. The breakfast is from 7am on, buttttt the reallyyy good staff is from 9am on, before that, the staff is a little bit sloppy and can ruin the full experience of a beautiful breakfast, other than that is ok, they always try to do their best.

Hotel confortável no centro de San Cristóbal
Pros:

Excelente equipa de receção, sempre disponíveis para qualquer ajuda e com ótimos contactos para tours, serviços de lavandaria, recomendações de restaurantes, etc. Quartos extremamente confortáveis, a cama era gigante. O restaurante também tem muita qualidade e aqui comi os melhores huevos a la mexicana en mi vida. Muito bom pequeno almoço, com a possibilidade de ser trazido para o quarto. A localização no centro de San Cristóbal é imbatível.

Cons:

Ficámos num quarto mais afastado da entrada do hotel, o que tornou a experiência de utilização do wi-fi bastante penosa.

Pros:

I recently stayed there with my dad and brother. The location is fantastic, rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Christel the concierge was super helpful and the restaurant is pretty good. The best part about casa del alma is the free underground parking since it’s extremely difficult to find parking around downtown San Cristobal. Great experience!
