We will give the stay 9 of 10 stars.
Pros:

It was a great buffet style breakfast w/lots of choices. Little things like putting bread/bagels in drawers to keep them fresh, whipped cream to be used for waffles or coffee, fresh fruit choices.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was how hard the mattresses are in the room. It's not easy sleeping on a rock solid surface & tossing around trying to get comfortable. Maybe offer rooms with matress toppers?!

Pros:

Location excellent. Breakfast was nice. Loved the pillows.

Cons:

Toilet is way too low. Jacquizi did not work. Room smelled like cigarettes.

Cleanliness, friendliness of staff

Cons:

The other exit doors never worked properly and they were aware but have not corrected yet. Our bathtub/shower was less than to be desired and if you showered, your dirty water backed up in the tub.
