Pros:

Location excellent. Breakfast was nice. Loved the pillows.

Toilet is way too low. Jacquizi did not work. Room smelled like cigarettes.

Cleanliness, friendliness of staff

Cons:

The other exit doors never worked properly and they were aware but have not corrected yet. Our bathtub/shower was less than to be desired and if you showered, your dirty water backed up in the tub.
