Pros:

great location, very near, walking to metro mall, casino, restaurants, WIFI password not working, but next door cafe worked, night clerk did not care, it did not work, clean hotel, beds fine, for the money good deal.

Nice enough for the price
Pros:

The staff at the hotel, like in most of Nicaragua, was very friendly and willing to help. While the room was clean, the overall facilities and location are not very attractive.

Pros:

The hotel staff was attentive and the rooms were clean. The breakfast and waiter were very good.
If I had to make a negative comment about this hotel it would be to invest into buying a few irons.
There was only one iron (and no ironing boards) available for the guests.
Considering the prices that this place charges to stay here I believe they could afford to invest into their business otherwise the stay was great.

first night in Managua
Pros:

Hotel and employees were excellent.No cab drivers knew where it was,I stopped at Hoilday Inn and employee got on the computer and found it for me.They got me a cab from in front of the Holiday Inn and explained to the driver where it was.It cost me seven dollars & Two hours.
