Would stay here again. Great hotel
Pros:

Fantastic staff helped us book extra nights. Love the massage place on site. Great breakfast. Close to get out of the city to tourist spots and airport. Lots of food places and atm very close.

Cons:

Shower is hot then cold then hot then cold.

Pros:

Staff are very helpful. Great massages. Lots of open market, food stalls and restaurants, near to airport , easy to get to tourist areas like orangutan, proboscus monkey and sun bears rescue places. Easy to get on the road to visit kinabatangan river jungle area. According works well. Quiet. Very clean, big rooms. Lots of electrical plugs. Kettle and coffee in room. Good breakfast

Cons:

Very poor TV. Screen was hard to see because of all of the lines on the screen. No English option. Few channels. Shower had hot water then cold then hot then cold.

Location mudah nak kemana-mana. Sekitar hotel banyak kemudahan.

Cons:

Improve la sikit WIFI, kalau pegi untuk bekerja susah sikit sebab WIFI teruk. nak buat kerja susah.
