Clean hotel. But best to stay further in near Sepilok
Pros:

Ok its location to airport was good .So if you just want to stay for 1 night its fine. After that well?and one more thing is Hotel was clean

Cons:

There is absolutely nothing in the area .No where to go nothing to do as you are in middle of industrial estate
The hotel does breakfast and dinner. Nothing to write home about.it was ok
.Just did not feel comfortable staying there

Overall value for money
Cons:

I ask the front desk about gov rate. The front staff said their dont have gov rate. While I already ask their hotel through whatsapp, yes their had gov rate with id for verification on arrival. 🫩

Its near airport, restaurants not far away from sepilok rehabilitation center by car. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Would stay here again. Great hotel
Pros:

Fantastic staff helped us book extra nights. Love the massage place on site. Great breakfast. Close to get out of the city to tourist spots and airport. Lots of food places and atm very close.

Cons:

Shower is hot then cold then hot then cold.
