The receptionist couldnt seem to locate my booking nevertheless he was polite and helpful. The lift wasnt working though so had to drag bags up 2 floors.

The cleanliness is very poor, the pillows are dirty and the smell of the room is very bad

We were just planning a one night transit stay with our 3 kids. But the rooms, reception, broken lift, and condition of the place were so bad that we decided to just leave within 2 minutes. No words can describe what we saw.

water heater not working, pee stain on toilet seat, thin blanket. no wifi

Nice hotel & close to town centrw. its clean & quiet with friendly staff.

Cheap budget hotel. Can't complain much and don't expect too much. Enough for budget travellers.

Reasonable prices food and drinks all around you and within walking distance. Nearby to large mall such as '1 Mont Kiara' where you can go for more expensive food, drinks and entertainment or night life. This you need to take a can for 5 mins+ or so.

The hotel was very good value for money but you get what you pay for! My room did not have any windows and there was no top sheet on the bed, just a blanket which did not smell too good. It is located in a 'colourful' area but lots of rubbish in the street (a rat ran past me!). Not a comfortable place for a woman alone.
