Batu Caves Business Hotel

Good

The water heater is not working is guess coz the water not really hot to water take bath.

The reception make the booking checking so long almost half hour waited to check. Really piss off this service.

We were supposed to stay with a friend but last minute circumstances prevented us, so we had to find a place to stay asap! We opted to stay near batu caves because we wanted to visit the next morning, found this place and booked almost blindly as it was past 6pm. We got SO lucky! We turned up 20 minutes later, and there were no issues with check in, he just asked to see my confirmation as they didn't have a computer there - so make sure you have this to hand. The man at the desk was quiet and not exactly warm, but check in was smooth. The room and bathroom were clean, aircon and fan worked, we were on the side facing the main road but didn't hear any noises from there. Sound did carry from a family somewhere else in the hotel, but i think that's because they were being particularly loud. Bed and pillows were comfy, although we didn't sleep with the blanket - I'd bring your own as it seemed quite old and "rough". WiFi was also good. Best of all, we walked less than 2minutes to batu caves the following morning!!! Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit batu caves in KL!

Cleanliness is good. good for family stay.

For those who going for prayers it's a good location for a short stay. Nearer to temples.

Easy Access to Batu Caves temple. Room is tidy

Die Lage entspricht nicht ganz dem Bild aber die Entfernung zu den Batu Caves ist trotzdem unschlagbar. Das Zimmer war entgegen vieler Bewertungen sauber und groß. Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch aber wir ( 2 Pax ) haben uns ein 3 Pax Zimmer geleistet und das dritte Bett als Ablage benützt. Das Wifi war das schnellste seit 9 Monaten WR. Wir konnten 2 Bilder gleichzeitig in die Cloud hochladen...das hatten wir noch nie. Das Personal ist freundlich spricht aber so gut wie kein Englisch. Zum Essen gibt es bis ca 16 pm genau gegenüber ein akzteptables Strassenlokal. Abschließend kann man sagen dass sich eine Übernachtung bei den Caves nicht auszahlt denn die Besichtigung dauert höchstens 2 Stunden.

전산 시스템이 잘 되어있지 않아 밤 늦게 들어갔을 때 HOTELS.COM으로 예약하고 돈을 다 냈음에도 불구하고 모르겠다며 아침에 확인을 하고 내보내준다고 함.

We are pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and very amassed with the services provided. They are very helpful and friendly and reliable. I can really recommend this to those want to stay for short periods of time.

It is a nice budget hotel to stay... it is very clean, quiet and nice to say in this hotel. Especially the staff Maheshwari who helped us a lot by making arrangements of taxis, advising the requirements of safety and even more to explain us the historical places in Malaysia. I really appreciate such kind of services which I never expected and never encountered during my travelling before anywhere.
