Pros:

El desayuno era muy variado y el personal muy amable, gentil y servicial.

Cons:

Las instalaciones dejaban mucho que desear, en especial la habitación donde habia enchufes que no funcionaban correctamente, las paredes presentaban grietas, una de las ventanas contenia de un store roto y entraba la luz a primera hora de la mañana y uno de los cristales de la mampara de la ducha estaba roto y no cerraba bien

Felt like I was staying in a bedsit
Cons:

Poor condition common areas. Bedroom door had a poor lock so felt insecure. Bathroom window was a velux which would not close. Bedroom window was a velux with a broken blind. Noise from trains was loud. Broken fittings in shower and mould. Area felt insecure at night for a line debacle traveller. All round a poor experience and not one I will repeat.

20 minut chůze od Tower Bridge, klidná lokalita, příjemný personál uspokojivá snídaně.

Cons:

Hotel by potřeboval rekonstrukci - v pokoji padala zeď, sprchový kout byl plesnivý a varná konvice takřka nepoužitelná. Postele byly moc úzké.
