Royal Grand Suite Hotel

De buurt waar de hotel staat is zeer verwaarloosd en de hotel zelf is verouderd.
Het ontbijt is zeer eentonig en er is weinig keus.
Er werd in het hotel door andere gerookt en gekookt waardoor de geur van eten en rook bij ons in de kamer terecht kwam.
Het was er heel smerig.

Excellent. The front desk and the stuff are very friendly and very helpful. The room is very clean.

I needed to use microwave and I called the receptionist more than 3 times that the microwave is not working thinking that they will come to fix it. Nobody comes I need to throw the food away and I got angry to the extent that I cannot sleep in the hotel that day. Have being using there or booked the hotel for my friends . This is my first bad experience believe me.

I left the room all day long and when I returned at 1 am I did not find towels. I called the room service. No one answered. I called the reception five times. Every time they answered, they would come in minutes. After about an hour I went to the reception and waited about 15 minutes until I took the towels.

Stay was amazing

Good but wouldn’t have stayed there if i didnt want the location.

للاسف هذا موقع نصب لم اجد الحجز الذي قمت به ولم يصل اي تأكيد للفندق ولا ايميل وصلت الفندق ولم احد اي شئ اريد استرجاع فلوسي

Das Hotel ist für russische Gäste spezialisiert, die dort Pauschalurlaub machen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Pool bei meinem Aufenthalt etwas überlaufen, dennoch gerne wieder.

Nous nous attendions à un appartement avec cuisine et un grand salon nous avons eu une petite kitchenette ce qui n'était pas mentionné dans notre réservation aucune photo sur le site pour montrer cette fameuse kitchenette beaucoup de poussière le nettoyage de la chambre se fait très très vite les essuies de douche changer une fois sur deux le wifi médiocre la piscine pas assez de transat toujours du monde nous étions toujours obligé de partir à la mer pour avoir de la place bref je n'y retournerai plus dans cet hôtel. Cela n'est que mon opinion mais étant donné que je voyage beaucoup je peux dire que cet hôtel plus jamais.

nice hotels, with great service

Reception staff was fast. They were busy but quickly dealing guests. They keep you passport for scanning that I do not like. I needed the passport for my transactions, she asked me to come back after 30 minutes so she can scan the passport. They should be able to do it immediately. They have 2 elevators but they are slow and you have to wait quite a lot. Parking was good and available. I had king bed room booked. They gave me 2 single beds which is useless. Room was big and spacious but there was smell in the room. I thought they gave me smoking room but the hotel boy told me it is smelly just because the room was close and air condition was not running but after running the air condition for whole hour there was only little difference in the smell. Bathroom is big and clean but they need to fix bath tap as it was shooting water backside.

Lähes aina täyteen buukattu hotelli, kun on niin edullinen ja hyvä sijainti edullisella Sharjahin alueella. Ihan ok tasoinen hotelli. Uimallas katolla, jossa toinen pää 90 cm syvä lasten allas. Katolla tuuli aika kovasti, mutta vesi oli ok lämpöistä. Kuntosalit myös katolla ja höyrysauna. Rantaan piti mennä taksilla. Iso kauppakeskus oli tien toisella puolen, joten ruokaa ja vettä sai. Ihan paras oli lähileipomo, josta sai haettua maistuvaa aamupalaa.
