Important information:

The hotel bar is open between May and September. Reception is open from 08:00 until 21:30.

Please note that you will be picked up by staff at the harbor, and then taken to the hotel. This shuttle service is at extra cost. Please let the property know your expected arrival time on the island in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.

The hotel has two direct passages (free of charge) to the beach, and an outdoor infinity pool (on charge).

There is an additional charge to use the infinity pool, the access has to be booked at the reception,

Très bon endroit pour quelques jours !

Lo mejor del hotel es, sin duda, el acceso directo a varias calas pequeñas y privadas y las vistas al mar. Ofrecen transporte desde y hacia el puerto (hay que pagarlo a parte).

Cons:

Las instalaciones son antiguas y el desayuno es escaso y con poca variedad. Hay que pagar 10 euros para usar la piscina.

Super cadre mais un peu trop authentique
Pros:

La situation est exceptionnel, un petit village au pied du volcan. Terrasse incroyable pour le petit déjeuner. Superbe plage privée. Un côté authentique déconnecté et hors du temps.
Bien situé sur l’ile, tout peut se faire à pied.
Navette voiturette qui nous récupére au ferry très pratique.
Petit déjeuner varié et bon.

Cons:

Les équipements ont l’air de dater de l’ouverture de l’hôtel. Tout est vieux. Les robinetteries sont usées voir casé pour nous dans la douche.
Nous avions une chambre triple mais l’espace était très très petit pour 3 personnes.
Un peu déçu vu le prix de la nuit. On paye le cadre.
Aussi n’avons pas pu nous rendre sur l’île à cause des annulations de ferry sur la journée et nous n’avons pas pu être remboursés.

C etait juste une nuit, nous gardons un très bon souvenir le petit déjeuner copieux et l emplacement nous ont permis d être près du départ du chemin du volcan et de la place centrale.

Einzigartig. Den Stromboli sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen :)
Pros:

Die Lage ist grandios, das Personal sehr freundlich :)
Da wir früh am Morgen auf das Boot mussten, war das Frühstücksbuffet noch nicht geöffnet. Sie haben daher extra ein Packet mit Morgenessen für uns vorbereitet, das wir mitnehmen konnten :)

Perfect in every way
Pros:

The staff were lovely, really helpful and arranged packed breakfast for our early departure. The transfers to and from the ferry were very efficient. The rooms were comfortable. The setting of the hotel is stunningly beautiful. Overall, an exceptional experience

Séjour inoubliable sur une île paisible et intense à la fois, le volcan étant toujours en activité!
Pros:

Magnifique complexe hôtelier, situé juste au bord de la mer, donnant sur une petite plage de sable noir, super petit-déjeuner, grande disponibilité et amabilité du personnel, décors de rêve, frangipaniers et hibiscus magnifiques.

Cons:

Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine à débordement avec vue sur la mer, ni du restaurant qui étaient fermés fin octobre... mais ça nous a donné encore plus envie de revenir!

Just a note, not a complaint...if you visit off season, keep in mind that the restaurant on the spot is not open so you need to go to the town to eat (15 min easy walk).

Hotel confortable mais le mauvais temps a un peu gaché notre séjour

Un peu eloigné du centre
Avons ecourté notre séjour à cause du mauvais temps (plus de bateau le jour de notre depart prévu)
L'établissement n'a pas voulu nous rembourser la nuitée ni les petits déjeuners
