The location is exceptional. 5' walk from Colosseo and the city center. Monti area has many options, lots of cafés-bakeries-restaurants, and a few nice bars.

The building is old, as well as the hotel itself. It's like you are entering a timecapsule/portal and you are in another decade. While the premises give you this very nice old vibe, the equipment is outdated in the rooms.

The room was cozy but small, and the bathroom structure was somewhat uncomfortable. Lastly, there is no soundproof and anything can be heard. It did not bother us much, but I can see how this can affect someone's stay.

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful!

In general, the hotel can accommodate any modern visitor need, but a partial renovation would refresh the hotel and give it more value. Would consider again visiting the hotel given the location and the pricing.

Overall, a fair choice for the center of Rome.

Superb location and friendly staff
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the Labelle. The staff were welcoming and always pleased to help. A comfortable room / bed. The location is amazing - literally 3 minutes from the Forum and less than 10 to the Colosseum. Outstanding value.

Great location, room and staff
Pros:

The location is perfect, with plenty to do within walking distance. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the room was great, spacious, with a new bathroom, and part of a historic building that adds local charm. Definitely worth staying!
