Ottimo hotel
Pros:

Staff gentile e disponibile, camera pulita. La colazione molto buona e viene rifornita continuamente.

Cons:

Non ha nulla a che fare con l'hotel ma gli ospiti delle camere vicine erano molto rumorosi soprattutto di notte ed al mattino presto.

Šatl bus, koji vozi do grada i nazad, doručak je bio extra, sobe se čiste svaki dan, besplatan parking

Neprofesionalnost, pošto imamo čekirano 8 smeštaja na svakom piše da li se plaća taksa ili ne, pored pokazivanja da NE PIŠE da se plati, uporno su nam tražili novac, krevet je trebao biti bračni a dali su nam dva odvojena kreveta

Les locaux sont propres et l’équipement est correcte

Cons:

Séjour qui ne c’est pas très bien passé … Personnel où l’on doit réclamer les informations et qu’on a l’impression de déranger (pas tous le personnel).
Le calme dans l’hôtel est inexistant le matin ou même le soir ! Femmes de ménagent qui tapent les murs avec leurs chariots et crient dans les couloirs à 7h du matin !
Beaucoup d’incivilité des clients ou même des habitants.
Salle de restauration qui est également petite et qui ne peut pas contenir beaucoup de personnes pour le petit déjeuner le matin …

Ένα πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο , απόλυτα τίμιο σε σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής .
Pros:

Είναι ένα πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο τριών αστέρων . Θα ξεκινήσω από αυτό που μου άρεσε περισσότερο και ήταν η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού. Τόση ευγένεια και τόση διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση, άψογοι σε όλα τους . Όλοι ένας κι ένας . Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καθαρό , το ίδιο και τα δωμάτια . Υπάρχει καθημερινή καθαριότητα και το δωμάτιο κάθε μέρα ήταν σα την πρώτη μέρα . Το πρωινό όχι κάτι ιδιαίτερο , αλλά ήταν ένα καλό μενού και όλα του τα προϊόντα ήταν άριστα . Γενικά όχι κάτι εξαιρετικό, αλλά ένα πολύ καλό πρωινό .Εμένα μου άρεσε και η εσωτερική αυλή στο ισόγειο ,μας άρεσε τα βράδυα μια μικρή στάση εκεί πριν ανέβουμε στο δωμάτιο .
Όπως επίσης και τα αντίστοιχα σημεία στον τρίτο όροφο με ωραία τραπέζια στις μεγάλες εξωτερικές βεράντες . Επίσης μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα , ειδικά για πόλεις σα τη Νάπολη με απίστευτη κινηση και αριθμό αυτοκινήτων , το ιδιωτικό μεγάλο, άνετο , κλειστό πάρκινγκ που παρέχεται από το ξενοδοχείο . Και επειδή αν και είχαμε το αυτοκίνητο , δε μας χρησίμευσε ιδιαίτερα (όλη η Ιταλία μια τεράστια ztl με τσουχτερά πρόστιμα ) πολύ κοντά ο σταθμός του μετρό gianturko , από όπου μπορείτε εύκολα και με ασφάλεια να μετακινηθείτε σε όλη τη Νάπολη . Πριν κλείσω ξανά ένα μεγάλο μπράβο για το προσωπικό σας .

Το 1 στα 10 στην αρχική αξιολόγηση το δίνω για τη μια πολύ σημαντική έλλειψη. Στη Νάπολη , Αύγουστο με τέτοιες θερμοκρασίες και να μην υπάρχει μικρό ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο , συγγνώμη αλλά είναι ανεπίτρεπτο . Είναι κάτι το οποίο κατά τη γνώμη μου πρέπει να διορθώσετε άμεσα . Εν έτει 2026 δε θεωρώ πρέπον να υπάρχει δωμάτιο ξενοδοχείου χωρίς ψυγείο. Δε μιλώ για μίνι μπαρ. Ένα απλό ψυγείο να αγοράσεις ένα νερό, να μπορεί να μείνει κρύο.
