When we went to check in, they told us that they had upgraded us to their four-star hotel across the street where we then went and given a room that was very small and dated. The air conditioning was subpar and was 79.8° in our room and they could not get it lower and said that that was to be expected because it was warm outside. They did provide us with a fan after having someone come and check the AC unit. In the bathroom, the molding was rotting off from moisture, and it was very plain and small and surely not four star.

We came 10.45 on a saturday and we wanted a drink. We went to the bar but it was already close. No explication for this.
The breakfast was nothing special
We didn't like the location. Close to the central station but very dirty.

It has shuttle to Nápoles city center. The stag was nice, and the room was quite big. And it has parking.
The surroundings are not really nice, and there are homeless. And it is not easy to find the hotel.

Ήταν καθαρά, ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο και ήσυχο. Καλό πρωινό, εξυπηρέτηση πολύ καλή από τους εργαζόμενους. Καλό το ότι υπήρχε όχημα επιστροφής από την πόλη.
Το ότι δεν είχε ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο, καλοκαίρι με 35 βαθμούς κελσίου δεν είχαμε να πιούμε κρύο νερό. Η περιοχή υποβαθμισμένη και επικίνδυνη για κυκλοφορία το βράδυ.

L’hôtel était très propre bien qu’un peu vieillot, très bien accueilli, bien placé pour aller prendre un ter pour accéder au centre historique
Baignoire (une douche aurait été plus appropriée), manque un frigo dans la chambre et climatisation difficile à régler et literie très ferme avec 1 seul mince oreiller par personne.
- L'atenció del personal de l'hotel ha estat molt bona.
- L'esmorzar estava força bé.
- L'aparcament, tot i que no estava cobert, era ampli i amb un preu molt correcte.
- Podies connectar al centre des de la parada de Gianturco del metro i des de la parada del mateix nom del Circumvesuvià.
- Era fàcil agafar l'autopista des de l'hotel.
- El barri és un barri industrial i fa una mica de por a la nit, tot i que no hem tingut cap problema.
