Couldn’t open windows it exceptionally hot week
Hotel location.
Bathroom - very tiny bathroom, mould in shower, glass surfaces unclean (wiped with unclean cloth), towel holder very loose, cheaply finished in all.
Bedroom - double bed was fine, sofa bed wasn't really a sofa bed - it was very small and when flat had a solid metal ridge down the middle, children would find it difficult to sleep on. Decor and furnishings were dated, no curtains only blinds which let light in. Window took some force to open, hence a broken push handle from a previous occupant. Window opened immediately onto the open car park, if open overnight anyone passing could open from the outside. Kettle leaked. Carpets were stained. Could here every noise and movement from upstairs and outside.

Comfortable room, nice restaurant, great location. The staff were friendly, helpful and able to check me in quickly. I had two good nights sleep and was satisfied with customer service.
The lifts were a bit too cramped. The staff member who showed me to the room did not show me to the room, only to the first floor, then gave directions and ditched me. The room, whilst comfortable, was a bit too small for my height (can't fault staff on that). There was no indication if the water in the room was drinkable, and the sink was too small for the kettle. The meal times weren't advertised clearly.
Excellent location, entertainment every night. Staff helpful.
Parking was a bit chaotic and charged £10 per night.
What a wonderful hotel great location across the road from the beach ⛱️ all the staff were fantastic especially Sal on reception wonderful breakfast and huge menu for evening meals comfy beds

The staff were very friendly and they couldn’t do enough to help us during our stay. Breakfast was brilliant and we ate in the restaurant every evening because the meals were such value and delicious.
