Nothing to like
Receptionist took the micky that I was at the wrong hotel. Didn't appreciate him at all after a long trip. Staff seem to treat the place as their own home, no t realising they had paying guests.. Room had pubic hair around the toilet, shower door came off in my hand, toilet seat slipping all over the place. Could see the room was dirty. Turned out I'd booked a silver room in West, but rude receptionist put me in bronze room in the East. Idiot...
I'd best decribe this poor 'kiss me quick' hotel as 'sticky'

Our room wasn't ready and when arrived in our ready room we were missing pillow cases
We booked a gold room and got given a silver. Overall not a great experience with this hotel
The car parking they moved my car and hit it against the bins and tried to deny it they were supposed to send me the CCTV and have not

The beds were very comfortable, very nice walk in shower, all the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Josh , who provided the entertainment. The food was exceptional.
There was a lack of storage space, no drawers , only open shelves.
Size of the room, downstairs bar area, food also good.
Car parking.. too many cramed in.. having to leave leave your car keys with reception. They would move your car, things lost on key ring.. wouldn't stay again.
Staff was friendly and helpful, the location was good and the room was clean.
The breakfast was passable and the kitchen ran out of eggs- a basic breakfast stable - least twice. It was not keeping up with the shall to medium breakfast demand.

Nothing! Brilliant stay second year in a row and we will be coming back in August too, would definitely recommend especially if you have children, plenty of games ,pool table and bingo at night time 👌🏻

It was noisy and the breakfast was cold and looked a mess tables not cleared floor dirty. The room was not serviced at all.
The location was excellent, the staff were very helpful, went the extra mile, breakfast was okay, it had a happy, friendly atmosphere 👍
The hotel has a spa facility. An escape room.
AI darts, pool table , karaoke. Bingo , quiz.
And a pub/restaurant down stairs.
The food in the smokehouse was perfect.
The evening entertainment was great too.
Parking was limited, but we parked overnight a short distance away. Not a real big issue.
Location great, rooms bright and airy, clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The bar area and evening entertainment was lovely too.
Parking - the car park is small but don’t let this put you off, the staff were great and are on hand to make sure guests can get their vehicles in and out and it was perfectly fine, definitely worth paying per night charge as anywhere else you would pay way more and it’s really close to the centre/beach and amenities.
i like everything about the place it was just a LOVELY WARM WELCOMING HOTEL TO STAY AND VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY .
THE SOAP DISPENSER IN THE SHOWER DIDN'T WORK AND THE TOWEL HOLDER WAS HANGING OF THE WALL IN THE BATHROOM.
