Location, staff, comfy bed.
How very small the room was and noisy hallway fire doors banging all night.
Breakfast was good . Bar staff were very friendly.
Some of the carpets were dirty for a newly refurbished hotel . The flooring in the dining room and bar were sticky under foot and the tables weren’t clean.

Staff were friendly and helpful,bar area was nice,enjoyed the spa,evening meal was nice and worth the money,entertainment was fun.
Not so much didn't like but was disappointed with the value of the room,I paid £286 for a silver room so went mid tier as thought would be a bit nicer and bigger,was very small and basic,no where to put toiletries,hang coats,put suitcases,bed was so uncomfortable so soft when laying down could touch the floor,said would have a fan and hairdryer didn't have either of these,partner kept hitting the TV on wall everytime walked by as the room so small,our bedroom as home is bigger,hot water was so hot I couldn't stand under the shower and it wouldn't turn down any cooler,so just disappointed with the room everything else was lovely
Breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable and the staff where lovely.
I asked for a room at the top of the building and was given one on the ground floor above the bar so couldn’t sleep until everything had shut down. Bathroom was very basic for a gold deluxe room as they call it and the hallways were a bit grubby.

Thumping music from music bingo that reverberated into our bedroom until 11pm. Then base music from breakfast music woke us at 8.15pm.
On site car park chaotically crammed so didn't use.

Hidden costs like the parking was £10, and the jacuzzi & sauna was £18 each. The room size was particularly small and cramped. Expensive for what it was.
