The property was lovely, the staff were really helpful, the room was clean and spacious and we loved the sea view, also very honest as after we checked out they called to say housekeeping had found my daughters iPad left in the room Thankyou will def be back

Clean hotel and friendly staff, food was good and nighttime entertainment in the bar was also good. Will definitely be staying again.
Our stay at the hotel was excellent, can't find any faults at all. The room we were in was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. No room service for the week we were there - which we appreciated. if you wanted fresh towels they were provided by going to reception and asking, if you wanted tea bags, milk or sugar etc these were located on a cupboard at reception - take what you want with no hassle. The Three Chimneys restaurant/bar was excellent- food was superb. try the pie of the day if you are a hearty eater - its the size of a dinghy and very tasty. The steaks were some of the best I've eaten in recent years without a doubt. Breakfast was a buffet of cooked breakfast items so you could have as much as you wanted- well worth the money.
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and really wanted to help you out - a special mention to Jessy, Ricky and Saxon who we dealt with the most but those folk were special to us during our stay.

Dust in bathroom, the coffee and sugar holder was dirty when empty had dirt and dust and blck hair at the bottom so maybe the cleaners need to pay attention to these areas and the lid of kettle was a little grubby

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The ground floor of the accommodation is used as a karaoke venue, which made it extremely noisy. We had booked a Super King room on the floor above, but as soon as we entered the room, we decided to leave and stayed somewhere else that night.
In my opinion, this property is not suitable for a comfortable stay. The room layout was very poor, the furniture was old, the bathtub in the bathroom was yellowed and worn, and there was not even a proper window for ventilation.
Unfortunately, I could not find any positive aspects during our stay. I would not recommend this accommodation.
