Amazing, amazing, amazing — that’s the only way to describe The Colony Hotel.
It’s our first time staying here, but it already feels like a new home from home. The whole place has this calm, elegant energy — relaxed yet beautifully done — and you instantly switch off.
Tami and her team have looked after us so incredibly well. Warm, attentive, thoughtful… nothing is too much trouble. It’s that genuine care that makes all the difference.
And the massage? Honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Pure bliss. I can’t rate it highly enough.
We’ve officially found our Seminyak spot. 🤍
The staff where excellent and all the staff went above and beyond their Duty’s I can highly recommend anyone who wishes to stay in Bali

Loved our week here and will definitely return. Tammy made our stay very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable. The location is perfect and spa treatments were also excellent - well telling our friends !!!

Hotel silencioso e limpo, café da manhã bom, padrão de Bali. O problema somente no banheiro não tem ducha higiênica.
Only the pool / location
The breakfast is awful — it’s just one small dish and we’re still hungry afterward.
The room is not beautiful at all and lacks refinement. The price is exorbitant; for the quality of the services, it should be at least three times cheaper.
There’s a terrible noise in the pool area.
Nothing works in this hotel — everything needs to be reviewed. It absolutely doesn’t deserve its 9.1 rating
Everything at the Hotel was lovely - the room leading out to the swimming pool, the areas around the hotel where you sit, great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.
Comfortable room with lots of space. Friendly and attentive service. Club Lounge was comfortable and quiet.
Breakfast was good but has limited options.
Club lounge drinks available for one hour - most other hotels make them available for 2 hours.
