Clean, comfortable and nicely organized hotel. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Very nice breakfast.
A chair in the room was a bit shaky, may be need replacement or fixing.
There was an issue with the room's door which would not lock. I was offered to change room. Had some issues with the new place (could not figure out how to turn on light and airco at the same time, as the system was too complicated for me). After the whole hassle of changing rooms, packing, unpacking, technical issues - the hotel offered to reimburse me one night which I found very generous. Thank you!

Very comfortable hotel, clean, it met my expectations as described in the booking. Friendly staff and spacious, well equipped room.

Some equipment at gym were out of order.
Персонал внимательный и предупредительный, на редкость высокий стандарт обслуживания. Комплектация номера отличнейшая. На завтрак не ходила, но пахло из ресторана вкусно. Освещения в номере достаточно, что тоже редкость в гостиницах, увы. Нашлось место на парковке.
Мини-бар набит, цены на него адекватные.
Лифты тихие и быстрые.
Зачем-то просят банковскую карту, с которой была сделана оплата. Бывает, но о таком надо предупреждать, физ.карта оказалась при себе случайно.
На кресле были контурные следы выведенных пятен. Уж не знаю, кто ребятам так художественно пачкал кресло, но химчистка не спасла.
Слышимость в здании ужасная. Я слышала все подсвисты храпа соседа сбоку и все передвижения соседей сверху.
Колокольный звон в 7:15.
