Pros:

Clean and good value.

Cons:

Breakfast is not so good. Skip the eggs and just do bagels and muffins or something like that. Just a basic continental would have been fine.

Fantastic
Pros:

The guy who did our check in was literally the best. I’ve stayed at so many hotels in my life and I’ve never had a reception employee like him who checked me in. When my key didn’t work, he walked me up to my room to make sure it did work. He knew we were hungry and without being asked, suggested restaurants near us. He entertained my nephew by watching the playoff game with him in the lobby when it was late and no customers were there when he went down to get a bandaid and got sidetracked when he saw the game and they both got into it. I went down to see what happened to my nephew and found it perfectly safe and being looked after by the very kind gentleman running the hotel. I can’t say enough kind things about him. He really made the entire experience. He also made sure the two rooms I booked were next to one another and even though I booked them in my name, I was running super late and we were able to call and explain our situation and he allowed my family to check in earlier without me. I wish I remembered his name, he deserves a promotion and a raise. He was so awesome. Thank you for making our stay wonderful, when we were only there under really awful circumstances.
