Expect a 1 star hotel
Pros:

Location good for attending race at COTA. Avoids traffic into/out of Austin.

Cons:

Hallway and room smelled of must and body odor. Gnats in the room. Mattress uncomfortable. Thin blanket was insufficient. Towels thin and scratchy. Requested additional towels but they were out apparently. No safe in room- this should be standard for US hotels in 2026. This 3 star hotel felt like a 1 star. Price-gouging is common during race weekends, but to spend almost $300 per night in a disgusting hotel is ludicrous.

Cons:

Everything it was dirty, destroyed, and pest control is needed. No Towels for showers, breakfast was awful. A roach fell on me while I was bathing. The sheets on the bed were old used. Very disappointing.

Overall okay.
Pros:

Inexpensive - easy in/out. Located close to most anything you’d need.

Cons:

Somebody smoking somewhere close to my room. Woke me up at 3:30 am. Room smelled of smoke for a couple of hours.

Good for quick overnight stay, but not longer stay
Pros:

Price and location were good. Glad there's an elevator to get to higher floors. Water pressure and temperature was very good. AC worked very well! Bed was comfy, but only a top sheet was provided, could've used a light blanket due to the AC working so well!

Cons:

TV and remote were apparently having an argument and weren't communicating with each other, so no TV viewing!!! No closet, to hang clothes - just small knobs on the wall 🤷 Very little counter space in bathroom and no hooks for hanging bathrobe, toiletry bag, towels... Hotel listed breakfast provided until 9am, but food was wiped out by 8:30am and no effort was made to restock

Decent building but the management and lack of essential items is enough for me to never visit Wyndh
Pros:

Location was perfect for my needs. The building has a nice exterior and the interior is fair.

Cons:

There was an ongoing theme for 5 days that I am aware of where towels were not always available. The staff took out towels but did not replenish. I went to the front desk and they told me there was nothing they could do. To make things worse, my room had fleas. Thankfully we were offered a different room, but the hassle is f having to my all three of our belongings at 10pm wasn’t fun. Breakfast was bland as could be, but the staff refused to replenish any of the food. No discounted stay for the aggravations (I had to go buy my own towels so I could shower). I was offered a discount on the next stay but I refuse to ever stay at another Wyndham property. There are too many competitors to settle for such issues.
