Guter Service, sehr nettes Personal, perfekte Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, um die Altstadt von Lissabon zu erkunden.
Das Frühstück in der Rooftop-Bar war ausgezeichnet und man kann sich auch dort aufhalten, wenn das Frühstück vorbei ist oder die Bar nicht geöffnet hat.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben zum Beispiel für uns einen Vormittag lang versucht, ein Schwimmbad anzutelefonieren, um herauszufinden, ob wir dort schwimmen können und es hat auch geklappt!

Cons:

Wir hatten in der ersten Nacht ein Familienzimmer, dass im Keller lag. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, aber kein Fenster zu haben, war ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Fantastic Boutique Hotel
Pros:

A wonderful stay at this lovely boutique hotel. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink before being personally escorted to our room.

Our first room was on the smaller side, but it was thoughtfully designed, compact, and had everything we needed. On our third night, we were moved to a much larger, more spacious room, which was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel also has a lift, making it easy to access all floors. The bed was firm and extremely comfortable, which suited our preference perfectly.

Breakfast was served on the top floor with spectacular views. The breakfast itself was outstanding, with an extensive selection of continental options, eggs cooked to order, a variety of delicious cakes, quiches, and tarts, and, of course, the famous Portuguese custard tarts.

The attentive service, beautiful setting, and excellent breakfast made this a memorable stay, and we would happily return.

Cons:

The only downside was that the hotel could only be accessed by taxi, as cars cannot drive directly to the entrance. Our Uber had to drop us a short distance away, leaving us with an uphill walk to the hotel. While this wasn’t a major issue for us, it may be challenging if you have heavy luggage or limited mobility.

Great location, fab hotel. Would recommend
Pros:

Reception staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Room was fab and so spacious. The rooftop was so lovely with fab views and breakfast was delish. Would stay again.
