Tolles Hotel! Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Kleines gemütliches Hotel in zentraler Lage im Bairro Alto! Nur wenige Schritte bis zur historischen Tram 28. Nebenan der Aussichtspunkt Santa Catarina und viele kleine Restaurants und Bars. Leckeres Frühstück im 7. Stock mit toller Panorama-Sicht.

Pros:

Exceptionally skilled staff made for a perfect stay!
Pros:

We had a very nice stay! The ladies in charge of breakfast, reception and hospitality are just amazing! They were extremely helpful and friendly. They did a great job making sure all of our needs were met, and with a smile!!! Our room was small but cozy and comfortable. The bed was great! I had the best shower ever in our 9 weeks touring Portugal at this hotel! The rainfall shower head provided plentiful hot water and excellent pressure! The rooftop patio had spectacular views of Lisbon and the harbor. The breakfast was incredible and delicious!

Cons:

I would wish for more vegan pastry options for those of us with dairy allergies.

Pros:

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Generell ist die Gegend super. Neben dem Hotel ist ein toller Platz mit ebenso phänomenaler Aussicht. Man kann alles in der Altstadt gut zu Fuß erreichen!

Cons:

Das Parken war nicht leicht. Da wäre eine Kooperation mit einem Parkhaus vielleicht eine gute Sache.

Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war super, alles frisch und abwechslungsreich. Der Personal war super freundlich. Die Dachterrasse mit dem fantastischen Blick beim Frühstück über die Tejo war ein Highlight. Die Lage war super. Man konnte alles zu Fuß machen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht klein.

Bons quartos a um preço razoável.
Pros:

Os quartos com boa qualidade, como todos os hoteis do grupo que já estivemos (com colchão, boa almofada, tudo bom).
A vista do local do pequeno almoço é muito boa.

Cons:

- O check-out ser até às 11H.
- O carro não poder recolher malas, pois é uma rua com trânsito condicionado.
- No pequeno almoço, não gostei da pastelaria e do café. Merecia uma máquina de café melhor. E alguma pastelaria não era boa.

Parfait, rien à redire.
Un accueil exceptionnel, des réceptionnistes à l'écoute et très gentil. Chambre très propre 👍🏻 Merci au personnel d'étage.
Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur le lac, une merveille.
Super petit déjeuner variés tous les.jours.

Friendly Staff, Spotless Rooms & Perfect Location for a Fabulous Stay
Pros:

We had a truly fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location was ideal, making it easy to get around and explore. What stood out most was how exceptionally clean everything was—spotless and well-maintained throughout. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

Lissabon vom Dach aus
Pros:

Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse, guter Kaffee, Abends oben noch ein Tee trinken. Lebensmittel werden wieder verwertet am nächsten Morgen wie z.B. Quiche mit Zutaten vom Vortag etc., Midnight Snack vom Frühstück mit kostenlosem Wasser gibt's auch.

Great location with fabulous views.
Pros:

Location is the best thing about this property. As long as you are moderately able to walk up hills then this place is great. Good access to the key parts of the city, lovely restaurants nearby and a stunning view whilst eating the delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Whilst the beds were very comfortable the pillows were too bouncy for our liking, leading to a stiff neck in the morning.

Pros:

A kilátás az étkezőből.
A panaszunkat a szoba miatt másnap rendezték, kaptunk egy normálális szobát. A reggelik finomak és változatosak voltak.

Cons:

Az első szoba amit kaptunk kicsi és a fürdőszoba nagyon kicsi.
Az ágyneműn nagyon sok hajszál volt. A TV nem működött. Túl árazott a szállás

Great hotel for sightseeing in Lisbon.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location in the historic district. It is within easy walking distance of restaurants, bus and ferry terminals. It also had a nice breakfast.

Cons:

Since it is located in the historic district, a driver with a special pass to lower the bollards is required. The hotel did advise of this requirement prior to our arrival, so we were able to book one of their taxis.
