la chambre était calme et donnait sur un petit balcon avec une vue sur le Tage. Le petit déjeuner était très agréable, très copieux et varié. Il était servi au dernier étage avec un très beau panorama.

We had a great stay: the room had a nice view and a little balcony, was comfortable, and stylish. In the evening, when it got cold, we could warm up the room with the air conditioner. The breakfast was gorgeous. The hotel is located on a hill in the historical district, and there are many restaurants nearby. Public transport can be reached by approx. 10 min walk. The staff was very kind, helpful, and open to help with special requests. We appreciated the slippers in the bathroom, the water, and the leftover cakes placed in the lounge for the guests, and that we could also have tea and cakes for free in the breakfast room in the afternoon.
Nothing important, some hooks would be useful around the door for coats and bags, and the shower head was hard to fix in the right position since its holder was too loose.
Hôtel très bien situé, calme et avec une vue extraordinaire sur le Taje. Accueil sympathique et petit déjeuner très agréable. Le lit était large et confortable.
L'ensemble du séjour était très agréable (2 nuits). Les rangements sont suffisants pour cette durée. La salle de bain, bien que récente et propre, était étroite.

Great location, fab view from the bar/breakfast room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely and served from 7-11am which suited us, it was continually replenished and lots to choose from. The room was cleaned and fresh towels everyday.
Not that it was a problem to us but if you have mobility issues it may be difficult for you to access this hotel, it is high up and taxis are not permitted into the area.
