Ikke super rent. Men fint nok. Køkken grejet var meget gammelt. Toilettet løb hele vores ophold, plus der var vand i hjørnet på gulvtæppet.

Firstly, there was major power issues on our first day of stay. Then the electrician had to come in the following day at 8am to fix it. We left the apartment at 8.15am and no sign of the electrician. No text message to say they were entering our room. We came home that afternoon to find our door was left unlocked and no message stating the issue was rectified. We realized that half of the units power points were still not working but was unable to see anyone to tell them.
Secondly, the noise of the tram line at our window was unbearable on the first night. We then moved the mattress out to the lounge room floor and closed the bedroom door to get some sleep on the second night.
On this second night also, we were kept awake until after midnight of people carrying on in the BBQ area. I had to yell out the door to tell them to shut up....we were able to sleep after that.
Also on this night, my husband ended up cutting his arm on some wire that was left on the bed which led to a few blood spots on the pillow (hoping that they do not charge us for that).
Our third night was fairly peaceful (other than people in the room next to us was slamming their door at 6am four times and sleeping on the floor in the lounge).
Also, the pool was green and cloudy. No foxtel, no channel 7 and no radio.

Noisy room as room backed onto light rail

La propreté, on a retrouvé un cafard 🪳 mort dans le salon, les filtres des machines à laver et sèche linge non nettoyé, on a dû le faire. L’aspirateur était plein, on a dû le vider et le nettoyer avant utilisation. Les brasseurs d’air sont poussiéreux. Le click claque pas propre. Sous les lits on a retrouvé des papiers, pièces etc. Améliorer l’étendoir extérieur. Le meuble de cuisine est détérioré.

There was no parking for the unit we booked despite online saying there is parking. They promised us we could park at the front of reception but there was always other cars parked there instead. One of the receptionist spoke no English and had to get her colleague/friend on the phone to translate.

The room had cockroaches coming out at night time kitchen. The shower door was hard to close the curtains were missing links so couldnt shut properly for privacy.

The double/ queen bed we booked for the master bedroom was in fact two single beds placed next to each other with a thin mattress protector which meant the beds spilt apart when we were sleeping !!
Found dirty used socks under the bed and someone else’s lip gloss.
The Air Conditioner wasn’t big enough for the area it was covering more suitable for a small bedroom
Space had to buy a fan for both bedrooms!

Our stay was extremely disappointing and far below an acceptable standard. The back door wouldn’t close, the TV had no sound, the shower door was broken, and the air conditioner was leaking so badly that the floor was drenched. The room was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. There were cockroaches and baby cockroaches throughout the room, including in the bed, and even coming out of the kettle. The fridge had random food containers and drinks left behind, and there was a spray bottle with an unknown liquid left in the room. We also discovered the towel rail missing, only to later find it shoved in a cupboard.
We felt uncomfortable walking to our room because nearby residents were leaving their door open while not wearing any clothes, which we had no choice but to see as we passed.
We were told we needed to dispose of our own rubbish or be charged, although staff eventually did it themselves due to the severity of the issues we experienced.
The property initially offered a one‑night refund, but when I asked for this in writing due to a language barrier, they suddenly said their manager advised they could no longer email me. They told me to contact Booking.com instead, yet they are not responding to Booking.com at all, even after a reminder email.
Overall, this was an unacceptable experience and the lack of accountability afterwards has made it even worse.

Some of the dishes were not clean and some plates were chipped.
It needs work done to it as it is out dated.
