Pool was nice however spa was broken and cold .
Pros:

Pool was nice to swim in. Apartment size was good

Cons:

Whole apartment was flithy. Literally every room to kitchen to lounge , just whole thing. Couldn’t even use the rubbish bin as so disgusting. Took pics as that bad. Not fair due as part of payment for accomodation includes cleaning and it wasn’t clean. Really we should be getting part refunded.

Good location but very noisy. My room faced the street and during the weekend it was almost impossible to rest due to the noise of the tram and cars. The furniture was in poor condition.

Pros:

The location close to the beach and the pool.

Cons:

Noise from tram line and building sites. Sliding door to balcony was very hard to move.

Only positive was the location won’t stay here again
Pros:

The location was the only good thing about this accommodation

Cons:

From the minute we arrived we didn’t get good customer service the person serving us continued to talk on her phone in another language whilst pointing at things we needed to sign. She hung up the one when she needed to tell us where our room was.

Once we walked to the main court yard we were having troubles finding the room and she could clearly see we were having issues the person working there continued to ignore us and clean the concrete

Once in the room it looked ok spacious but as we stayed longer we found the issues

Stove top broken and the other burners took to long to heat up

Hair all over bathroom floor

Cockroach poo all over bathroom vanity

Carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed in some time

They had rules regarding towels that if your make up stains it you get charged but I find that bit tough when the rest of the place was dirty

Pros:

Pool was nice, there's a sauna and an outdoor bbq area. Location is also great.

Cons:

The flat was pretty run down and grotty, tried to cook a meal in the kitchen but shouldn't have bothered the stove top and utensils hardly worked, there were signs threatening for crazy extra charges for basic cleaning tasks (eg. taking out the trash), and to top it all off the aircon gave me a mystery illness which took weeks to get over. The complex is a mix of residents and holiday makers so the vibe is pretty weird, also when we arrived the room was not ready for an extra hour and a half after check-in. We booked for the price but regretted not dishing out the bit extra for a different place.

Pros:

Staff were lovely and friendly. It is in a great location and very accessible. Fool area is lovely and clean. Gated.

Cons:

The apartment itself was quiet old, needs an update. Very uncomfortable leather couch in the lounge room. Two single beds pushed together. Bathroom door had holes in it. Everything was old.

Pros:

Location suited my need to access rhe lightrail as well as within walking distance to Surfers Paradise Caville Avenue for restaurants, shops, beach. It was also convenient to get to Star casino as the lightrail stations were 1 minute stroll either way.
