Comfortable, quiet for its busy location
Pros:

Great location next to Tennoji Station. Room was comfortable and quiet for its busy location. Great breakfast spread (though it doesn't change much from day to day). They let me borrow an umbrella for my stay.

Cons:

No laundry (washing machine) in the hotel.

Pros:

The staff were really helpful and friendly and the hotel is in the centre near the train station, so the location was really good for us.

The rooms were clean with some useful complementary items like toothbrushes etc.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
