Comfortable and convenient, and great value for money.
Pros:

The location was superb. The staff were kind and professional, particularly in how they handled requests.

Cons:

It was in a central location near the train and metro stations, so it was easy to travel around. It was very convenient for visiting nearby towns and cities.

Very nice hotel in great location.
Pros:

The location was excellent close by to the main station in Tennoji and numerous train/metro lines. Also very close to MIO and Abeno with a wide range of shops and restaurants. A short walk to the park, Shinsekai and Spa World.

We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff both at the reception desk and in the restaurant. The breakfast options were very good.

Cons:

It would have been useful to have a coin-operated laundry on premises but we were able to find one locally (a fifteen minute walk away) and thus explore the local area.

シャワー室のしきりのやつが今までで1番雑菌臭くなかった
チェックアウトが12時までだったこと

偶数階にある自販機のラインナップ
