Pros:

Nice hotel, very clean

Cons:

I got double charged for my stay and it took 2-3 weeks to get ahold of the manager and another 3 days for it to be put back on my card.

It was clean room, but the hallways werent.

Cons:

THE SHOWER HAD NO HOT WATER, ONLY COLD WATER!!!! 😩 😫 😒 need better pillows!

Will not stay again. Room keys didn’t work. No pool towels.

Cons:

Unable to get in room upon arrival. Room keys didn’t work (tried two sets) and hotel master key didn’t work. Had to wait one hour to get into room. No other rooms available for us. Asked for a discount. Originally said “of course”. Then was told no discount because we booked thru booking.com and not the hotel. No pool towels. Things that should have been provided we needed to do extra for. Unfortunate after a 13 hour day of travel.

The staff and the comfort of the bed were the highlights.
Pros:

The variety was good and I liked that there was turkey sausage. The yogurt was a good offering too. The bananas were just perfect in ripeness. Good coffee, too. The location was good and spacious.

Cons:

I was dismayed about the styrofoam plates, but I know the food probably wasn't hot enough to get micro-plastics inside. Needed more environmentally friendly utensils and plates and bowls. The radio by the bed was 30 minutes slow and couldn't be adjusted. There wasn't a hair dryer in sight.
