Pros:

It was quiet, rooms are fit for purpose
Temperature was fine and the staff wete helpful friendly.

Cons:

I did not have breakfast because i left early the next day. Facilities were standard. We could have had more variety of tv channels.the road to the lodge from the main road must be fixed urgently as it was slippery after the rain

O paisagismo do hotel é lindo. Lugar relevante e os quartos são muito espaçosos. O pequeno almoço é bom.

Cons:

A distância do estacionamento ao quarto é efectuada a céu aberto. Num dia chuvoso, a deslocação não é confortável.

Pros:

The room and facilities were lovely, with beautiful views over the mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful, there were a few restaurants within walking distance and safe at night

Cons:

Restaurant at the lodge was lovely but a bit expensive.

My stay was exactly what I expected, great dinner service and staff made the experience enjoyable.
Pros:

The food portions were generous and absolutely worth it. I especially loved the quiet, refreshing private back garden — it made the stay feel peaceful and exclusive.

Not a complaint, just a suggestion: having pens in the rooms to accompany the review forms would make it easier for guests to leave written feedback.
