اولا: المكيف خرب عندي بالغرفه الأولى وغيروها لي ونفس الشي بالغرفه الثانيه صار والفنادق المحترمه تسويلك اب قريد اذا صارت عندك مشكله بغرفتك فما بالكم مرتين تصير المشكله وما عوضوني بشي ابد.

ثانياً: التنظيف عندهم رديء وقلتلهم يجددون الميني بار ويحطون ماي وماحطوا طول فترة اقامتي.

ثالثاً: المناشف وصخه وحاطين منشفتين فقط وما يغيرونها خدمة التنظيف.

First of all, the air conditioning in my first room stopped working, and I was moved to another room. Unfortunately, the exact same issue happened again in the second room. Reputable hotels normally offer a room upgrade or some form of compensation when guests experience such inconvenience. In my case, the same problem occurred twice during my stay, yet I was not offered any upgrade, compensation, or even a proper apology.

Secondly, the housekeeping service was far below acceptable standards. I repeatedly requested that the minibar be replenished and that complimentary water be provided, but these requests were ignored throughout my entire stay.

Thirdly, the towels provided were dirty, and only two towels were supplied. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff failed to replace them during room cleaning, which is a basic service that guests should not have to request repeatedly.

Overall, the level of service I received was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the standards expected from a hotel of this category. I expect management to review these issues seriously and provide an appropriate response regarding the inconvenience and poor service I experienced.
