Great location, great staff, but scruffy pool.

Great location in the middle of all restaurants and best part of the beach. Great views from the room and very well set up for in-room working

the common area in and around the pool area, were very dirty. not a pleasant place to be

Cons:

Tive um problema no dia do check out. O reservatório de água do vaso sanitário se danificou. Não houve água para despejar os dejetos.

A localização e a beleza da região são indescritíveis. O Hotel fica beira mar, com passagem prioritária de pedestre para o calçadão, e uma rampa de acessibilidade para a praia bem em frente. Isso me deixou muito feliz pois meu pai, que estava em viagem comigo e minha família, tem dificuldade de locomoção.
A equipe do hotel foi muito atenciosa, e o preço é muito bacana para o que o hotel oferece.
Ah o salão do café da manhã é maravilhoso com uma vista perfeita da praia.
Ah e outro ponto importante, minhas filhas ganharam upgrade nos quartos que permitam ficar de frente pra praia

Eu diria que são pontos a melhorar... A estrutura geral do hotel é reformada e bonita,.porém nota-se que a manutenção precisaria de carinho... A água da piscina por exemplo estava suja, o corrimão que chega até a piscina meio "bambo", e a parte do estacionamento do subsolo com cheio ruim forte (pois fica na mesma região de trânsito do lixo e funcionamento geral do hotel).
