Pros:

Sempre nos hospedamos nesse hotel, a localização é ótima, a limpeza é impecável e os funcionários sempre muito simpáticos. Em tempo, acho que o Sr. Vinícios (restaurante) tem muita competência para ser gerente ou supervisor, apenas minha opinião, não desmerecendo a atual gerência.

Overall, despite the great location, the hotel is overpriced and poorly maintained, and my stay was extremely disappoint
Pros:

The only positives about this hotel are the location, which is excellent and within walking distance to many places, and some members of the staff who were very friendly. However, others were quite rude, so the service experience is inconsistent.

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

During my stay, I was sick the entire time with severe sinus issues and could barely sleep. Later, I discovered a large amount of dust that had clearly never been cleaned on the headboard right where my head rests. That explains why my symptoms were so bad. I was moved to another room two days before checkout, and I immediately started feeling better. The bedding sheets and comforter were also very uncomfortable and caused itching.

Another frustrating issue was the pet policy. I specifically asked twice if pets were allowed and was told yes. However, when I arrived with the dog, they informed me there was a 10 kg limit. My dog weighs 12 kg, and this rule was NEVER mentioned beforehand. Even though the information provided to me was misleading, they refused to make any exception (even though she was only going to stay for 1 night), which was very upsetting. On top of that, they charge R$150 per day for the pet fee.

There is no iron available in the rooms, and guests have to go all the way downstairs to the cleaning staff’s room just to iron clothes. The pool area is very small and does not match the photos. The glass panels around it are extremely dirty, making it difficult to even see the street view. Embarrassing to see that!

The balcony in the room also has no furniture, so you can’t sit outside and enjoy the view.

Breakfast was average at best (around 5/10). I ended up walking to a nearby bakery most mornings because the hotel breakfast was not good.

For the price they charge, the hotel should be in much better condition. It simply does not match the value.

Overall, the location alone does not make up for the many issues.

Me hospedei no apartamento 211 e, enquanto descansávamos após o almoço, levamos um imenso susto pela queda súbita de uma peça de madeira pesada localizada na cabeceira da cama. Felizmente não despencou sobre nos. Imediatamente após o evento, solicitei a presença de um funcionário que ao constatar a gravidade, providenciou a troca de apartamento nos alocando no 207. São coisas que podem acontecer ( NAO DEVEM) mas temos que aprender com os fatos, então deixo sugestão para que todas essas peças sejam revisadas nos demais apartamentos.

O estacionamento! Escolhi um hotel com estacionamento para ter tranquilidade e lá eles possui limitações de vagas, por 2 noites não tive o serviço precisando deixar na rua!
