Absolutely FANTASTIC!
Pros:

Everything! Lovely designed house, everything you need is the comfortable beds, roomy bathroom, adjacent to the pool. Small, quiet compound. Absolutely perfect!

Cons:

Literally the only "downside" I can think of is that it's not within walking distance to the beach, which we obviously knew before booking. So deducting points for that would be ridiculous. I couldn't complain about anything even if I tried. We spent 4 weeks road tripping from accommodation to accommodation in Australia, and Coco has been our favourite place that we've stayed at by far.

A very enjoyable stay. Can recommend.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and in a great location - a short stroll to Noosa River and a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants, and a short drive to Hastings Street, Noosa National Park and the Spit. The pool and sauna were perfect to unwind after our active days out enjoying the great outdoors.

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the resort. The management team was responsive and professional, and any concerns were handled promptly and efficiently.

The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, and we were able to fully enjoy our time in Noosa. We appreciated the team’s helpful attitude and would happily stay here again.

Lovely welcoming spacious accomodation that met all our needs. Close to facilities and activities.
Pros:

After a long journeys (both plane and car) the relaxing spa was very welcome and helped ease our stiff muscles from sitting so long.

Building management were frieny and helpful. Property was clean and close to river and restaurants.

Cons:

If I had to mention anything, it would just be that the floors could be updated and the kitchen is a bit older, but that’s really all that comes to mind.

It would have been a lovely stay if it only was cleaned properly. Amount of dust was disgraceful
Pros:

Property is in a nice location, close to the beach and shops. Spa facilities are also very nice and games available to use was a nice touch.

Cons:

The bedrooms were filthy and very dusty. The amount of dirt on the ceiling fans and in AC unit was beyond tolerable. It appears the unit was never dusted. My son had an asthma attack and we had to go to ER. I asked for a clean and change of sheets; management did dust off but refused to change the sheets. As I result I ended up having an allergic reaction to dust on my face and had multiple asthma attacks and I am now still sick unable to work and under antibiotics. All of this could be avoided if they changed the sheets as I asked. The unit was in a very poor clean.
