Pros:

Location is perfect for travellers looking for absolute peace and serenity. You wake up hearing birds literally singing which was an absolute bliss.

Cons:

Pool was in really bad condition. Pool maintenance has to be done. Room balcony access sliding glass doors has to be repaired they don't close completely and at night when you switch on lights insects enter your room because door cannot be shut sealed completely.

WORST & NO MATCHING TO THE NIRAAMAYA BRAND BY ANY MEAN
Pros:

Limited staff, Absolutely neglected by the management. They run pillar to post to give that good service to the customers. Especially 2 staff at the restaurant who are running morning till night ( Blesson & Roshan) where required staff is not there and it’s these 2 guys who slog so bad all through

Cons:

The whole property is equal to a government rest house that charges less than Rs 1000 per night. There is zero maintenance, Rooms unclean, Tiles broken, Wardrobe compartments broken, Paints peeling, Walls broken, Bugs everywhere which means no pest done for ages, Lousiest bed sheets, toiletries, stinking towels, Unclean common areas, No lighting across as it looks like a haunted place

Kurze, luxuriöse und ruhige Auszeit vom indischen Alltag
Pros:

Das „Baumhaus Honey“ mit dem Blick in Richtung Dschungel war wirklich atemberaubend schön. Es wurde an so viele Details (Lichtstimmung, sehr bequemes Bett, geräumiges lichtdurchflutetes, kuscheliges Zimmer). Die Frühstücksgerichte welche man alle a la carte bestellen konnte waren allesamt sehr schmackhaft. Das lädt zum Verweilen ein. 😊

Cons:

An unserem zweiten Tag kam eine mehrköpfige erwachsene Familie an, die sehr laut und einnehmend waren. Das Hotel kann dafür natürlich nichts, jedoch ist „die Anlage“ zu klein, um sich aus dem Weg zu gehen. Am Ende hat aber alles gut gepasst.

Great Stay
Pros:

Very comfortable and a great place to stay. The staff, specially the dining kitchen team - very accommodating with requests.

Cons:

Getting to this hotel is however a mission, with off road single service lane that leads to the hotel from the main road. The lane itself is atleast a few kms and when cross paths with another on coming vehicle, the challenge gets real to navigate.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Food was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Beautiful surrounding and ambience..

Cons:

We had hot water issues. Middle of the shower the water got cold.
The lamp shade was torn
These issues I thought were absolutely unacceptable if you are charging us 200$ a night.

Morning food was good.

Location of the property and the road condition to the property
Pool was not clean even after informing the staff they didn't clean it

Cons:

Worst staff behaviour by girish. We paid 17,000 for a night and it was utter waste of money. Highly disappointed. No buffet. Hardly staffs will be around to guide you. So much attitude by restaurant staff. Not friendly hotel family with kids. Waste of money. Avoid this property it looks outdated no amenities and nothing is there. The road that leads to the property also in bad condition. Bad choice

Superb
Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay at Niraamaya! The location was peaceful, surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious—we looked forward to every meal! But honestly, one of our favorite moments was just sitting on the balcony, listening to the birds and soaking in the tranquility.

Cons:

Wish the swimming pool was operational.
