A very pleasant, clean and comfortable stay.
Pros:

We stayed at Quest Shepparton for only one night. It is well located, close to shops and restaurants and the lake. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. I can’t fault it. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay for the Easter break.
Pros:

We've stayed here a few times now. Great location and secure parking Staff members are always friendly and professional. Generally quiet but some other people that stay here can't seem to figure out how to close doors without letting them slam. Not the property's fault at all, of course!
Very comfy bed as always with good quality manchester throughout. We had everything we needed in the apartment.

Cons:

The property is still undergoing refurbishment which wasn't a problem because we stayed over Easter weekend and the tradies weren't working. However, although the room was generally very clean, it needed a more thorough dusting eg behind TV, bedside lamps etc. Also, the bathroom needed a deep clean as the intake vent needed a good vacuum, there was grey/black stuff around the edge of the plughole, gunk in the corner of shower recess glass. The door needs a new seal. The shower had a hole behind the head so water squirted out everywhere. One of the knobs on the bathroom door was hanging off.
We are pretty sure that these issues are probably because the room will be refurbished soon but in the meantime cleanliness standards should be upheld as it isn't a cheap hotel.

Great stay
Pros:

Always stay here for the Shepperton Easter Tennis Tournament. The place is clean and tidy. Love the new upgrades with the renovations. Look forward to stay next year
