Pros:

L’emplacement face à la mer, la salle du petit-déjeuner au dernier étage qui offre une magnifique vue sur la ville, l’offre du petit-déjeuner,
La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

La chambre petite pour un 5*…la déco désuète et vieillotte, un grand lit mais un seul matelas ( 2 matelas c’est plus confortable pour 2)
La TV posée sur le bureau avec une seule chaîne française sur les 200 proposées. Les ascenseurs très éloignés de certaines chambres.

La posizione stupenda.
Il sevizio di car-valet.
Accoglienza al desk.

Cons:

A parte la pulizia (pessima), dopo avere accettato la mia barboncina di 2KG sia telefonicamente che alla reception, mi è stata fatta un scenata a colazione dove la piccola dormiva nella sua borsa, nonostante abbia chiesto di mangiare sulla terrazza anche questa richiesta non è sata accetata.
Sono stato contattato via whatsapp per comunicarmi che la cagnolina non era più benvenuta.
Nessuno della direzione si è palesato ed anche dopo una mail al Manager (?) non ho avuto risposta.
Ho effettuando subito il check-out perdendo 1000 euro.
Assolutamente non è un 5 *****
Esperienza pessima.
