Graziana Is The Reason To Stay Here
Pros:

If I could give this place six stars I would. Let’s start with the incredibly charming and professional staff led by the amazing Graziana! I’ve stayed at hotels from Saudi to Singapore and I’ve never encountered a more professional and caring GM than Graziana. She arranged rental cars, reservations, trains and buses and served not just as a concierge but as a genuine guide to this lovely part of Italy. She sets the gold standard for professional service. Bravissima! The hotel is well located and the breakfast is worth having included. Loved it. Actually extended our stay a few days. Spectacular.

Posizione e visuale bellissima, arredamento spettacolare.

Cons:

Un po meno la camera non c’era la macchinetta del caffè, essendo in due c’era solo una bustina di camomilla e the x due 😅.
Non mi piace la doccia in camera trasparente poca privacy.

Pros:

Location, view, size of room is Exceptional.

Cons:

Minor remarks for the room (which I took a picture of and explained at the reception) that are not worth commenting on. They asked for my credit card details in case we leave and forget to pay for services we used. First of all, this is not possible, and secondly, I did not like this at all!

Schönes Stadthotel für Bari-Kurztrip
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt an der Promenade. Frühstück war gut. Aussicht wirklich toll. Auto wurde vom Concierge abgeholt und wiedervorgefahren (Parkplatz kostete 30€)

Cons:

Großes Hotel mit kleinem Pool am Dach. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr klein.

We loved our stay in Bari and in large part because of your wonderful property!
Pros:

We have visited Bari, Grand a number of times and we always find your hotel to be excellent! Great people, great amenities, perfect location and much fun! Bravo to all!

Cons:

My only suggestion, we had requested a superior room, expecting a sea view and the first room, while lovely had no view at all. The staff found us a room with a room and a balcony and it was perfect ! You may wish to be very clear on check in if the room actually has a view!
