My husband took ill with a bacterial infection and was cared for in an upmost way by Mr. Chay and staff, whom organised
Pros:

Love the surrounding plants and garden that gives this place a very tranquil, relaxing vibe. We love the authentic Thai feel to the buildings and decor. Very friendly, compassionate staff members. The breakfasts were excellent with a lot of variety. We loved “Chef Egg” and Mr. Chay the head manager whom went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and happy.
The bistro meals for dinner were very good.
Rooms kept extremely clean, comfortable bed and good shower/bathroom. The location is ideal to walk into the Main Street of Khaolak to shops, cafes, restaurants.
Walking distance to beach and beach cafes.

The staff is lovely and extremely helpful and friendly. I also loved the lush greenery and the pools in both wings. And the overall style and decor of the place - its just amazing

Ich komme seit nunmehr 20 Jahren nach Thailand aber so ein schlechtes Hotel hatten wir noch nie

Das Frühstück war gut leider war das Personal ganz schlecht geschult

Cons:

Die Anlage insbesondere der Pool war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand ich habe fast eine Schubkarre Fliesen aufgesammelt

Magnifique hotel, style thai. Tt en bois. 2 piscines magnifiques.
Chambre style thai. Tres belle, meubles en bois, magnifique salle de bain en marbre. Tres grand lit et tres bon matelas. J ai tres bien dormi. Les chambres sont faites tous les jours.
Tres calme. Pas la plus haute saison non plus. Mais tres beau temps.
Chambre acces piscine. Le petit plus tres tres apprecié.
Tres bon petit dejeuner. Bar et lunch au bord de la piscine toute l apres-midi.
Tres bon restaurant. Je n ai mangé que thai. Tres bon chef. Belle presentation. Soupe coconut with prawns delicieuse.
La manager et le personnel sont tres gentils et au petit soin.
Proche des salons de massage, des restaurants et des petits commerces.
Sejour d 1 semaine parfait.
Je recommande chaudement.

La plage juste a coté est petite et pas tres belle. Souvent drapeau rouge.

Grundsätzlich haben wir uns nach anfänglichem Ärger wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals war großartig. Der Frühstücksbereich war sehr angenehm. Es war vier Tage lang einfach himmlisch in dieser ruhigen Atmosphäre zu Frühstücken. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Hervorheben möchte ich noch den exzellenten Kaffee.

Cons:

Wenn ich bei Ankunft im Zimmer auf Mängel stoße die wirklich störend sind, ist das schon sehr ärgerlich. Folgende Mängel: 1. In der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab und man stand in der schmutzigen Seifenbrühe
2. Die erste Nacht lagen wir schweißnass in den Betten, da das Thermostat der Aircondition nicht funktionierte.
3. Die Verriegelung der Terrassentür war defekt, man konnte sie nicht mehr schließen.
All das wurde am nächsten Morgen sofort repariert . Das war sehr gut !!! Trotzdem, wenn ich ein 4-Sterne Hotel buche, habe ich keine Lust mich mit Mängeln (die man vor der Anreise der Gäste feststellen und beheben hätte können) herumzuärgern und die Funktion eines Supervisors zu übernehmen. Bei nur vier Übernachtungen ist das schon sehr ärgerlich. Zu dem kommt noch hinzu, im Pool liegen Dutzende Mosaiksteinchen am Grund lose herum auf die man ständig tritt und u.U. eine Fußverletzung riskiert.

Beautiful swimming pools with nice bars
The staff were very festive during their Songkran holiday.
Great location — both close to the center and near a beautiful, quiet beach.
I would like to say a special thank you to the night receptionists that helped me with my luggage during check-in and check-out.
Additionally, thank you to the triple afternoon reception team: "Su, Kwan, Ice" who helped me with the taxi on my way out.

Pros:

El personal increiblemente amable, la ubicación excelente y la piscina fantastica. Hotel muy seguro para viajar una persona sola. Está a 10 minutos caminando al centro, por una calle llena de familias y niños que tambien van a los restaurantes, souvenirs, locales de masaje, todo a mano.

Cons:

La luces de la habitación, funcionan cada una independiente. No hay un interruptor general para apagarlas todas, cuando te vas a acostar. No hay un enchufe en el cabecero de la cama, para cargar el movil
