Brit Hotel Le Royal - Troyes

Nice hotel. Staff friendly and spoke English well. Restaurant was nice. Parking is first come first served and not many spaces.

Room was the highlight - modern, big with balcony. Rest of hotel quite run down/old with awkward secure parking separate from hotel with complicated process to get in and out. Service was friendly but only had 1 staff member that seemed to be doing everything incl fixing issue in our room, long wait on check out. Easy walk to old town but immediate area around hotel very average.

A comfortable and spacious bedroom.
Only downside was a separate toilet with no washbasin, meaning that you had to visit the main bathroom anyway

Nice modern hotel and excellent restaurant. Very pleasant staff and a garage nearby if required.

This was a terrible experience
The noisiest place we have just about ever stayed. Not clean and beds uncomfortable to say the least. Holes in bedsheets and felt unsafe, the door even had three massive bolts to use suggesting exactly that. Yes that’s a hair on the mug

The appartment was beautiful and very well equipped. Staff were friendly, approachable and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the stunning Troyes architecture.

Just a one night stopover, a good location, friendly staff,everything that we needed. Would recommend.

We chose this to particularly because of the air-conditioning and all the rooms as it’s 39° when we were there and turns out the air-conditioning doesn’t really work very well water leak all over one of the beds from the unit. It was a very uncomfortable night sleep.

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We enjoyed our breakfast, good service

Bank for back, this hotel was most probably the best hotel. I stayed in during the two weeks in France. The room was large, the shower was large, breakfast was affordable and Parking was only eight euro. We could easily park in the front or they had hotel parking. The staff were phenomenal as well. At this price I’m sure it’s really hard to book if not in advance.

The staff were very welcoming and dealt with a leak behind the toilet quickly. Room was small. Air con in hall was noisy but kept room cool. Tea making facilities. Secure parking for €7.

The strikng thing about Troyes and the staff, all the team at Troyes was how pleasant and helpful they were. It was a real joy walking around their stunning town.

Our hotel was in a good position and breakfast was lovely.

Walking distance to downtown, breakfast good, we were lucky to find a parking space from the city in front of the hotel.

A really lovely hotel in the heart of this amazing historical city. Great friendly service, spacious updated room with excellent ensuite bathroom. A wonderful evening meal and ample breakfast. Definitely recommend this excellent value hotel.

The carpet in the room was very very dirty. I left the hotel one day before also because o the smell in the corridor

Great staff. Some rooms are modern, other rooms need to be renewed.

There'' was noise in the night (someone played on a djembé) so we coudn't sleep. I rang the reception and the nightporter came directly. I didn't know where the noise came from, but he went to the other apartment and made them silent. That was really nice! It was in the night of 17 june.
