Cleanliness
4.5
Multiple reviews mention poor cleanliness (dirty rooms, unclean sheet covers, a putrid couch, general lack of cleanliness and low bed quality).
Service
9.5
Consistently praised front/staff for polite and helpful service in several reviews, with only a single report of a somewhat terse response during a technical issue.
Location
10
Repeatedly highlighted as a major strength: very close to the train station and highly convenient (mentioned in many reviews).
Room Quality
5
Room issues reported: peeling wallpaper, dated structure, no phone in room, shaky closet door, and uncomfortable/poor-quality beds or furniture (couch).
Amenities
7.5
Positive notes on free drinks, availability of manga/reading material and other conveniences; some amenities (e.g., bathing when hot-water outage occurred) were not well supported in one incident.
Value for Money
5
Several reviewers felt the price did not match the offering ('Preis Leistung stimmt hier überhaupt nicht', '金額に釣り合わない'), indicating poor value perception.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast received positive mentions (morning steak, satisfactory offerings) and nearby bakery noted; overall food impressions are favorable.
Overall Experience
8.1
Overall mixed-to-positive: many guests appreciated location, service and breakfast, but persistent cleanliness and some room-quality issues tempered the experience.

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Cons:

Convenient stay but room smelled like cigarettes.
Pros:

Convenient location from the station

Cons:

I booked a non-smoking room, but it smelled heavily of cigarettes. The room had a damp feeling.

Pros:

Cons:
