The location is fantastic - 1 minute walk to Meguro Station and surrounded by convenient shopping and dining. The staff is friendly and professional. Wifi is strong only in the lobby area. Wifi in the room is very weak and useless. The room is clean but well worn - and needs upgrading.

思ってた以上に古くてがっかりしました。
エアコンの音がうるさくて気になった。

お風呂のカーテンがきちんとしてなかった。
トイレも古い感じが否めなかった。

部屋は広いが古い。でも場所は良い。
wifiが非常に遅い。

ちょっと高いと感じた。
お金を掛けて改修した方が良いと思います。便座も壊れてるし、浴室の鏡ほ端は錆びてるし、、非常に残念でした。

酒店房間設施比較舊，但員工有禮
Pros:

酒店位置無敵，離山手線車站慬數分鐘路程，附近環境也很不錯，沒有擠擁的人潮，也有不同的食肆。酒店外觀和大堂也不錯，有公共空間和免費飲料提供。但房內的設備就不太合現時酒店的標準，設備老舊，燈用白光也不太柔和，幸好我入住的房間面積比較大，有一張沙發，和別的酒店相比是比較寬敞的。另外初次入住的房間有電流聲，令我在晚上很難入睡，之後換的新房浴缸也有滴水的問題，但關上了浴室門聽不到聲音所以還可接受。值得一讚的是酒店員工非常有禮，我提出換房，他們也能滿足我的要求。如果酒店設備能作一次徹底更新，相信會是我到東京旅遊投宿的頭數個選擇。
