Great place, only to be let down by one avoidable thing.
Pros:

Location is great. Decently spacious. Staff were great. Amenities were good. For the most part, clean.

Cons:

I have never seen a couch in any accommodation so putrid. It was actually bizarre to me how this could be left as is. There is no way anyone in their right mind would sit on this. As the first hotel in my trip to Japan, i was left wondering if this was going to be normal. Nope. This was definitely unique. If cannot clean, get rid of it. Photos cant actually do justice. Apart from this, dont let it deter you. I assume this is a wone off gone under the radar, as everything else was clean and presentable.

Cons:

チェックアウトの朝、機器トラブルなのかお湯が使えなく、フロントに問い合わせても業者を呼んでいる旨の説明以外特に対応が無く（むしろ説明疲れからか少しキレてましたよね？）お風呂もシャワーも使えずじまい。
珍しく都内に雪が積もる日だったこともあり近くのサウナに逃げましたが、フロントで近隣の銭湯やサウナの紹介があっても良かったのにな。。と思いました。
それ以外は駅近だし、朝ごはんステーキだし笑、文句はなかったのですが僕のタイミングでは最悪でした。

泊まれただけましって言う感じです。

施設は、充実したました。スタッフの対応も良かったです

Cons:

部屋のシートカバーが不潔でした。
トイレも流れたり流れなかったりと、ちょっと不安でした。

受験の息子と宿泊しましたが、選んで良かったです！
Pros:

とにかく駅から近い！朝食はバイキングではなく、モーニングステーキ、カレー、と満足でした。チェックアウト後も荷物をフロントで預かってもらい、助かりました。

Cons:

特にありませんが、あえて言うならクローゼット扉がガタついてました。

Muy buena ubicación

Cons:

Al llegar nos dijeron que no podían proporcionarnos ropa de cama para el sofá. Hasta que escribí vía Booking. Sin el sofá eran dos camas individuales para cuatro personas.
