Value for money definitely staying there again
Pros:

Perfect for our needs, we had the 2 bedroom apartment, well equipped, cleanliness was spot on

Cons:

Nothing really, but of wear & tear in the bathroom along the skirting boards but didn’t bother us

Pros:

Fantastic location, short walk to hospital, zoo and tram. CBD was easily accessible via tram. Room was better than expected and had everything we needed during our stay.

Great location, good bed, but shabby in parts.
Pros:

The location was great, staff friendly, comfortable king bed, good china in well equipped kitchen. Good washing machine and dryer.

Cons:

The entry and hallways were dingy. Some parts were so run down. The tiny bathroom furniture was mostly chipboard which was cracked, swollen and broken in parts. The toilet flush button needed two hands to flush. Four inexpensive shampoos and no conditioner, and some very cheap soap is all that was supplied in the bathroom. In the lounge the plastic leather-look couch was worn through and shabby. The main bedroom had a big bed but no room for our suitcases.
For the same money, we have stayed at better presented apartments in Melbourne.

Very convenient for our needs. Clean but quite run down.
Pros:

Extremely close to the Royal Children’s Hospital. Free parking and lovely manager. Very clean.

Cons:

Much more run down than photos led to believe. Minor things like only two bowls provided for 4 people, odd amount of cutlery and no tea towel to dry dishes. All tiny issues I am sure would have been rectified if we had the time to speak to reception but unfortunately we didn’t get to.
