Very convenient for our needs. Clean but quite run down.
Pros:

Extremely close to the Royal Children’s Hospital. Free parking and lovely manager. Very clean.

Cons:

Much more run down than photos led to believe. Minor things like only two bowls provided for 4 people, odd amount of cutlery and no tea towel to dry dishes. All tiny issues I am sure would have been rectified if we had the time to speak to reception but unfortunately we didn’t get to.

Clean, quiet, adequate
Pros:

It was quiet, on-site parking (when available), easy to get in, check out.

Cons:

Some minor things could be worked on. Having to wait for staff to be available if stuff around the apartment isn't working could be avoided by supplying some spare batteries or light globes.
