The unit was a huge safety hazard. I booked for myself and my 4 children and my mother. We were put on the top floor which was 4 flights of stairs up, there are no lifts so appartments and no accessible for anyone with a disability or the elderly. It was a huge mission to get up all of the children and our luggage. When we entered the unit the floor was absolutely filthy, it had not seen a mop in a very long time, the bottom of our feet were all back and dirty. HUGE safety issues, we were on the top story there were NO screens on any of the windows, one window they had placed a coffee table below so any of my children could have climbed and fell out the window. The bolt to lock on of the sliding doors to the balcony was broken so could have been opened by a child leading to a disaster. The balcony was full of sharp rusty poles and looked like it didn’t have much life left in it. There was no temperature regulations on the the hot water, it was scolding hot. The dishes that were in the cupboard were dirty. I paid extra for an extra bed, which was just a sheet put on the fold out couch, not even pillows. Really disappointed with the safety and the cleanliness. Not worth the money.

Overall sensational - location, ease of access
Pros:

Location was perfect for me. Did not use the pool, but loved the garden areas and the easy access to shops, restaurants, beach etc. Early check-in, it was greatly appreciated, as I had an afternoon wedding to attend...

Lounge was too deep (short person) i.e. I could not sit comfortably.
