Old Asia charm! Staff was excellent. Clean comfortable room. Nice bang for the buck.

Nur ist es leider sehr laut durch Gäste aus Osteuropa.

Good location. Thai style, nice and clean. The only problem is the pool is surrounded by trees and constantly in the shade. Also the internet is very intermittent

Pretty great for the price: rooms and hotel were very clean, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is close to a 7eleven.

Hotel was good, some massage store around. just the location take 20mins walk to center.

Every thing was good.

The A.C. does not stay on. You must remain in the room with the key in other for the A.C to work. The bed was very hard. The bathroom did not have any soap or shampoo. But overall it was not a bad-stay. It only cost 10Baht to get to Walking Street or you can walk.

Hotel facilities were appalling,our booking included breakfast but breakfast choices included toast,egg and bacon and that is literally it.the rooms were not clean and the upkeep of the hotel was not high on the agenda.we spoke to one couple who had stayed one night and decided to book elsewhere and forsake their booking costs at Rita resort.

If you need internet do not stay here. They advertise as having wired internet but don't have. Sometimes they could not provide service because they were understaffed.

It was a very nice stay, beautiful hotel...picture dont do it any justice...we had an upgraded room, no complaints at all...ok only one...they made my friend pay 125 bact because the towel in the room was dirty...they kept pressing and pressing about the money. Then when my husband and I were checking out they blame us for a key holder that was already broken when they gave it to us. Other than that a great stay.

I enjoyed my stay! When I just arrived, I came accross to some unprofessional and not very polite attitude from the staff, but soon after it changed when a more senior staff member came, aplogised and upgrated my room. Ever since it has been an amazing stay, with delicious breakfast, very close to two main beaches in town; and the hotel itself it very beautiful. Suggest people to stay there!

Excellent experience I would difinately stay again

The room was beautiful, but the bed was hard as a rock. The most uncomfortable bed I've slept on in 10 years. If internet services are important to you, I'd recommend you try and get alternate Internet services before arriving at this hotel. The Internet connection was weak and was always going out. Also bring your own iron. There isn't any available in the hotel.

I found this hotel very much to my taste. Not too big. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Always a smile.
One thing didn't appeal and that was breakfast menu. Not good apart from coffee, juice and toast. However, they did had unlimited tea/coffe/water and biscuits all day long. Just help yourself. I would stay there again with no hesitation.

On arrival we were upgraded to a deluxe suite, the room was fantastic with everything we needed to have a fantastic stay. The pool is very nice, and has plenty of shaded areas for protection from the sun. The hotel is family orientated, but caters for all types of guests.
I would reccomend this hotel to all types of travellers. I have stayed at many of Pattaya's hotels, and by far I enjoyed this hotel the most.

this hotel s located on main road but far from the beach. nice swimming pool with jagucci system. comfortable room with free wifi. breakfast s not too bad but no choice much. if guests come with their own car, there is limited parking.

The Rita was a great place to stay and the only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because it is not on the beach.

Not being on the beach was no big deal for me as the room, service, food and room was GREAT! It is just a short Bhat Bus ride to the Jomtien or Pattaya areas for beach, shopping and nightlife. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were rooy and comfortable and we got a great rate.

Head out to the island of Koh Larn for a day of sun and fun - and a little quieter beach time.
