Nice location for surfing
Pros:

Easy walk to the beach. Pool and spa were great. Our apartment was nicely furnished. People were really friendly. Property was well cared for.

Cons:

Our apartment dishwasher wasn’t working properly - the top spinning arm was missing so it only slightly washed dishes. All of the dishes were a bit dirty when we arrived so we had to rewash everything before we used it. There wasn’t any kind of coffee maker in our apartment which was frustrating. It also did say sea views, but they were more “glimpses” between buildings. (Our friends stayed in a different apartment - they had better views and a well equipped kitchen). So I guess it depends on which apartment you get assigned.

Beautiful property to stay at
Pros:

We originally were booked in another unit, which was lovely, however I was wanting more of an uninterrupted view, so asked about an upgrade and were shown to a luxury unit with views virtually from every room, well worth the small extra charge. Beds were super comfy,
Rooms were beautifully furnished, each had our own bathroom with rain shower, kitchen was well equipped, which would be an under statement with breakfast nook and main kitchen, huge tv, just a beautiful apartment ,with balcony to the front, we could see all the way up to the lights at Surfers, the beach below, and back towards Tweed heads, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather wasn't kind enough for us to try the pool or tennis court.

Within walking distance of the beach.
Pros:

The beach was a few minutes walk away. Coolangatta shopping preccint was within walking distance.

Cons:

Alot of road noise but that may not be an issue if you stayed on a higher level.

Location was good and having the onsite secure parking is good.

Cons:

Unfortunately it wasn’t set up well for the stay. One bed was missing any top sheet or blankets. The apartment was very run down, living room fan didn’t work. Beds and pillows were very hard. We feel like we paid far too much for the quality of the stay.

Staff are great. But overdue for a Reno.
Pros:

Location was excellent. So close to everything. And the staff were fantastic. Could not fault them.

Cons:

It’s super old and grubby. We’d wake up and the room would smell like someone had just blown up your toilet… but it was just gas from the shared building pipes.
