Trampa, fotos falsas e instalaciones que no se ajustan a la realidadd

La ubicación es lo mejor sin duda.

Cons:

Las fotos de las habitaciones y los baños no se ajustan a la realidad. El suelo está sucio, la habitación no se puede ventilar y los baños son terroríficos. Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, parece que las habitaciones individuales son mejores que las habitaciones conjuntas. Las moquetas son incómodas y sucias.

Lage und Personal top, wenn man auf Komfort im Zimmer verzichten kann.
Pros:

Das Personal ist super freundlich, kocht morgens kostenlosen Kaffee und hilft, wo sie können. Wir durften uns ein Zimmer aussuchen, uns wurden die Koffer getragen.
Die Lage ist wirklich super gut, tolle Gegend, gegenüber ist ein super leckerer Bagel Laden, drum herum Cafés, Restaurants, Supermärkte. Gemeinschaftsbad ist sauber.

Toller Vibe im Hotel, sympathische Menschen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Würde ich deshalb immer wieder wählen.

Das Bad war sauber bei uns. Kissen gemütlich.

Cons:

Im Sommer ist das Zimmer sehr heiß, die Klimaanlage ist zu laut, um sie nachts anzuhaben.
Die Türen sind undicht, genauso wie die Fenster durch die Klimaanlage - dadurch ist es sehr laut.

Es gibt eine Katze, die man auch teils riecht - das sollte man wissen.

Waschbecken sind nicht im Bad, sondern im Zimmer. Unseres war leider undicht und lief die ganze Zeit. Hat aber nicht zu sehr gestört mit Ohrstöpseln. Ohne Ohrstöpsel ist es hier für mich nicht zu ertragen gewesen.

Wer viel Wert auf Komfort legt für das Hotelzimmer, ist hier definitiv falsch dran.

Un hotel con onda 😁
Pros:

La atención, pudimos ingresar antes del horario y además pudimos dejar el equipaje en custodia el día del check out. La ubicación es excelente para moverse a pie por Manhattan. La zona del hotel es tranquila y segura.

Cons:

Nada que objetar.

Pros:

Vale pelo custo benefício na cidade onde a hospedagem custa tão caro. Local não é no miolo, mas desenrola fácil. A área é segura e o hotel também é, isso conta. Tem um mercado de frente com preços um pouco altos. Whole Foods próximo, a 3 quarteirões. No hotel tem chá e água de cortesia.Gato Ned é de boa.

Cons:

Cama muito ruim. Colchão tinha uma cava. Chuveiro com pouca água, não esquentava direito. Prédio bem antigo. Sem elevador. Ar condicionado ficava numa temperatura fixa, não tinha controle. Experiência complicada....

Maybe my favorite NYC hotel. It's definitely not the Ritz, but it is the coolest. Not for everyone. But I like it a lot.

La camera è abbastanza fatiscente. L'impianto elettrico ai limiti della legalità. In bagno non c'è posto per appoggiare nulla. Le lenzuola troppo piccole, si spostano sempre e ti ritrovi a dormire sui copri materassi sporchi. La camera è estremamente rumorosa.

Great unique hotel
Pros:

Very unique hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, and best of all a real live cat!

Cons:

Shared bathrooms take a little planning for showers, and sometimes requires going to a diffrent floor if its occupied.

Quirky, filled essential needs and well-located. Just don't expect a Holiday Inn!
Pros:

The location was great - not too close to all of the noise but not too far of a walk from key tourist areas. I booked for the World Cup Final weekend a year in advance, and unlike other hotels in other cities during the World Cup, they didn't cancel in an attempt to price gauge.

It's a very quirky hotel - the photos show this a bit but it's only on arrival you realise just how quirky. Initially, I wasn't as sure about this being a positive. My first reaction when arriving was "what have I got myself into?", which I can't imagine is uncommon for other guests too. However, I started to appreciate the uniqueness and artwork a bit more during my stay, and even chatted to the owner Andrew on my checkout which gave much more context behind the concept.

Cons:

Not the hotels fault, more NYC's fault, but even in the quieter area there's sirens and horns honking 24/7 loud enough to wake you up multiple times in the night.

If I was to find a criticism, although I recognise I paid a very cheap price given location and the World Cup final being on, I would love to have seen a bit more upkeep in some of the rooms beyond the artwork. I looked at a few rooms before deciding on one, the sinks in 2 of the rooms visibily needed replacing or some kind of upkeep. A few floors in the hallways felt a bit lopsided - relatively minor things but just honest feedback.
