Az elhelyezés kiváló, gyönyörű tisztaság volt a szobában, igényesen előkészítve minden tartozék!
Jó parkolási lehetőség. Nagyon kedves személyzet az étteremben. Nagyon jó reggeli felhozatal és kiszolgálás.

Cons:

Ahogy be lépsz a recepcióra, egy végtelen büdös elektromos cigi szag csap meg. A recepciós gondolom unalmában szìvogassa. A recepció részéről teljes érdektelenség a kliens iránt.
Látszik hogy aki meg álmodta a hotelt nagyon tudta mit szeretne , sajnos az emberi tényező néhol hibázik...
Ár érték arányban nekem most meg felet, de semmi képp nem értem a 4 csillagot.

Cons:

Considering that this is a four-star hotel, the breakfast should be of a much higher standard and include healthier options. Unfortunately, it was not rich or diverse enough and did not meet expectations in terms of variety and quality.

Additionally, during check-in guests are asked to sign two documents that are provided only in Romanian, without an English translation. This makes it unclear what exactly is being signed. We had to use Google Translate to understand the content, but such documents should include an official English translation to ensure transparency and clarity for international guests.

Pros:

Le stanze sono grandi e molto colorate.
La simpatia e la disponibilità della respondabile di sala a colazione

Cons:

La colazione è buona ma potrebbe sicuramente includere altro soprattutto a livello di lievitati.
Il personale in reception non ci ha dato la minima informazione nè sull'Hotel nè su eventuali ristoranti in zona. L'interazione è stata minima se non quasi assente.
La pulizia delle camere lascia molto a desiderare, soprattutto nei bagni. Abbiamo richiesto più volte di ripassare (richiesta una volta esaudita e una disattesa) .
