The hotel is very close to the subway station (walking distance), the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the food excellent, great breakfast options and everything was delicious and fresh. I am looking forward to coming back again.

Un hotel fain cu personal orientat către nevoile clientului in care merita sa revii
Pros:

Personalul extrem de cooperant si amabil, camera frumoasa, curatenie, liniste. Micul dejun bun, variat avand de unde sa alegi indiferent de ce regim ai avea nevoie. Meniul restaurantului bun si accesibil.Hotelul dispune de parcare proprie ceea ce pentru mine a fost un element esential nefiind nevoită sa alerg după parcare intr-o zona extrem de aglomerată

Einfach vom Flughafen erreichbar und toll gelegen und die Stadt zu erkunden
Pros:

Freundlicher und professioneller Empfang. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet.Die Betten komfortabel.Der Parkplatz einfach befahrbar und das Frühstück Buffet erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Fahren wir wieder mal nach Bukarest wird ganz bestimmt dieses Hotel in Erwägung gezogen.

Hotel ładny, ale mentalność obsługi jeszcze na poziomie komuny...straszenie pismami po pobycie.
Pros:

Śniadanie normalne bez ekstrasów. Bardzo czysto w pokojach i łazience.

Cons:

W cenie powinien być parking. Pani z recepcji odesłała nas do ochroniarza, który miał na wszystko wywalone. W nocy po powrocie z miasta zablokowało nam sie wejście do pokoju ( blokada dodatkowa) i Pani w recepcji kazała nam czekać do rana. Żenada to mało powiedziane. Po awanturze zaproponowano nam pokój dodatkowy. Po wystawieniu opinii tutaj. Ktoś z hotelu zaczął pisać na WhatsApp do prawie wszystkich osób z ekipy, obraźliwą treść, że po powrocie "byliśmy pijani, zachowywaliśmy się haniebnie" i film z monitoringu wyśle do polskiej Ambasady. Najciekawsze jest to, że na nasze 10 osób 6 w ogóle nie pije alkoholu. Osoba ta nie była obecna wieczorem, nie była badana zawartość alkoholu i zna przepisów o upublicznianiu wizerunku. Osoba ta zasugerowała nam, że nie umiemy otwierać drzwi lub była uszkodzona karta co jest nie prawdą, ponieważ ją wymieniliśmy. Głośniejsze zachowanie mogło być spowodowane oświadczeniem młodej recepcjonistki, że drzwi naprawią jutro A my czekamy na dalszy rozwój wypadków. Proszę się zastanowić, nad wyborem tego hotelu, ponieważ podejście obsługi i wypisywanie dziwnych pism do uczestników jest delikatnie mówiąc żenujące
